3D: Develop Daily Disciplines

As a creature of focus you need to train yourself into focusing on the opportunity that problems open up and avoid focusing on the limitations that come with problems.

Get into the habit of writing your goals down daily and imagine how it would feel to have them made real AND write down WHY these goals are important to you.

Now you have positive things to focus on, which allow you brain to direct all your senses & perceptions into finding ways for you to achieve your goals.
