Your Physical Hurting Is The Result Of Your Mental Fighting

"Whatever you fight, you strengthen, and what you resist, persists." - Eckhart Tolle.

Forgiveness has nothing to do with the other person, but everything to do with you.

Your body in not designed to hold all that bitterness inside of you.

With you having your muscles tightening up; your breathing being short and shallow; your physical body state being on the defensive; it's not natural.

It might be normal (common) but it's not natural.

This rage you are keeping in will (if you persist in holding on to grudges for long periods) manifest in the form of headaches, aching shoulders, chest pains, back pains, cancers, heart attacks, YOU name it.

The things that you go to the doctor for are caused by your mind.

That is, what you hold on to in your mind, and how awful it makes you feel thinking about them.
You must work on forgiving those that have done you an injustice, in order for you to begin to heal YOUR life.

"Resentment is like drinking poison and waiting for it to kill your enemy." ~ Nelson Mandela

The Whole Is The Sum Of All The Parts, Complete All The Parts, And You Will Conquer The Whole

I mastered up the courage today, by force of will, to wash my Hatchback Fiat Palio 2007 Model 2L 5-door car.

I was overwhelmed by the task at first.

That was the reason why I put it of for another day.

Tomorrow become a week.

And the dirt just kept piling up, which does not look too awesome on a black car.

It's as if the black paint magnified and exaggerated the dirt.

I then took my mind off why I didn't want to wash my car, and turned it to getting the job than, no matter what it took.

But what really help was how I focused on one panel at a time.

From the roof.

To the rear right door, the front right door, the right fender, the wind screen, the bonnet, the grill, etc.

Focusing on one job a time.

Giving each part undivided attention, making certain that it is cleaned to my high standards, and not moving on to the next part until that objective has been met.

My car is washed and clean now.

I thank God for the lesson I learned today.

"How do you eat an elephant?"

"One bite at a time."

"Ask And Ye Shall Receive, Seek And Ye Shall Find, Knock And It Shall Be Opened Unto You."

The following is an awesome quote by Robert Collier, author of The Secret of the Ages that I just had to share with You!

"The connecting link between your conscious mind and the Universal is thought, and every thought that is in harmony with progress and good, every thought that is freighted with the right idea, can penetrate to Universal Mind.

"And penetrating to it, it comes back with the power of Universal Mind to accomplish it.

"You don't need to originate the ways and means.

"The Universal Mind knows how to bring about any necessary results.

"There is but one right way to solve any given problem.

"When your human judgment is unable to decide what that one right way is, turn to Universal Mind for guidance.

"You need never fear the outcome, for if you heed its advice you cannot go wrong."

Robert Collier's "The Secret Of The Ages" can be received by you from

PS: "Always remember - your mind is but a conductor - good or poor as you make it - for the power of Universal Mind." ~ Robert Collier, author of The Secret of the Ages

You Are Responsible For Your Value

There are certain things in life that you need to work on, certain daily disciplines.

The same goes for your self-esteem.

I find it amusing how some people say they don't have self-esteem, and wonder why they feel emotionally exhausted from being used by other people.

You can't expect to rely on someone outside of you to make you feel esteemed.

What happens if that "other person" leaves you?

There is no one but you that can make YOU happy.

Here is a Jack Canfield article for you, about 5 Ways To Increase Your Self-Esteem.

Your Brain, Your Forgiveness, And How That Heals Your Life

I want to share this article with you on forgiving, and here it is - "Article On Forgiving"

The energy you use to keep past injustices alive, could be better used in giving you more energy in the now.

It's like walking around with only 40% in your energy reserves, with the other 60% diligently holding grudges.

It's no wonder you are so tired most of the time. It's not the kids, work,'s you.

"While you're carrying a grudge, they're out dancing." - Buddy Hackett

I pray you enjoy the read.

The Life Changing Lesson You Mastered In Your Childhood But Have Learned To Forget In Your Adulthood

Matthew 18:3 ~ "And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven"

Keeping in mind, like I told you before, heaven is not a place but an experience.

Have you ever noticed how, for something to work for you, you would need to applying it, not only once, but for a long period of time before the results start showing?

Have you ever noticed how that "probation" pattern is in almost everything in life?

From having to apply that new ointment, that helps with your skin, for WEEKS before you see it working.

Same goes for exercising, you don't walk in the gym today and expect to be physically fit, and having lost all the weight you wanted to lose come tomorrow morning.

To even when you are learning something new, usually most people do not get it the first time.

You need repetition to master a new skill.

And that's all it takes for you to become good at what you do really, repetition.

You do something long enough and you begin to get good at it.

Even when at first you keep falling.

Just imagine where the world would be if babies stopped learning how to walk, just because they kept falling...

Yours in relentless persistence,

Your Consistency Will Determine Your Efficiency

I was watching a bad TV series and found that what pissed me off so much was their lack of consistency.

The one moment, the US Marshalls were hand cuffing a murderer, while she was on the ground.

Then in the next scene, as they were picking her up, she DIDN'T have the handcuffs on!??

Why did the director think I would miss that??

Low quality shows give a bad name to TV, because some of them lack consistency.

That had me thinking, could the quality of your life also be the result of your lack of consistency too?

Consistency in your determined, unstoppable attitude towards your goals, to name just ONE daily discipline.

I've seen people that gave up because they were not seeing the results of their tiresome efforts towards accomplishing a goal they wanted for themselves.

They didn't realize that life rewards consistency of action.

Even the guy in the movie "Transformers" knew this natural law.

"No sacrifice, no glory."

The law of reaping and sowing...

Yours in relentless persistence,

When You Change Your Perception, The Way You Interact With What You Perceive Changes

Elanor Roosevelt said, "No one can hurt you without your consent."

Because you have to realize, the minute you say someone else is doing this "bad thing" to you, you have given them POWER over you.

Gandhi affirms, "They cannot take away our self respect if we do not give it to them."

You would need to take back the part of you that YOU ARE ALLOWING to experience this pain you are enduring away from your oppressors.

You need to take 100% Responsibility Of Your Life!

This is the bases, the reason behind why I publish my rationale on, that I want to put across to you with every blog I write.

Pointing fingers, as valid as your reasoning might be, does not empower you.

It's like that Tupac song "Me Against The World."

It's that kind of thinking that will leave you exhausted physically, emotionally, spiritually and even mentally.

The thinking of you wanting the world to change before YOU change.

Dr. Stephen R. Covey said it best when he wrote, "It is not what happens to you, but the response to what happens to you that hurts you."

It comes down to a matter of using you willpower, every single day, to interpret the people and circumstances in your life differently.

As in from the stand point of: "I am responsible for my life. I am responsible of how I think, feel and act. I will decide what this will mean to me. So now what do I want right now, and how do I go about getting it?"

Because it's when you change how you look at things do the things that you look at change.

Because, believe it or not, pain too can motivate you towards the pleasure that you want.

But only when you take the pain, turning it into action and - one day at a time - building the momentum that will take you to the success that you want, would your pain be effective.

You reap what you sow.

So use your emotions to fuel you into taking action towards your better feeling experience.

Because bitching and mourning might make you fit in with the crowd, but it will not take you as far as you REALLY want to be in YOUR life.

You Can Call It Hereditary, But I Call It Programming

There is nothing that I hate more than struggling.

Who doesn't?

I ran across some information from Bob Proctor about how your mind sponges everything you are exposed to from the age of 0 to 5.

These thoughts, mannerisms, accents, gestures, beliefs, thigh slaps, nose picking, the way you laugh, etc, you take to your adult life.

So technically the person that you are now, is a cocktail of all the beliefs and habits of all the people you where around during your young life.

So if you grew up struggling financially, guess how YOU will set up your life to be when you are older?

Your habits will make you procrastinate or neglect certain things that are vital for your future success.

We intentionally self sabotage our lives and we blame Julius Malema, I mean we blame others for it.

“Take 100% responsibility for your life.” ~ Jack Canfield

You can blame other people for your problems but that won't change a thing, for YOU.

You will just be another vandal in the street with a placard, wanting a short term solution for a long term problem.

Yours in compassion,

What You Lack In Skill You Can Make Up With Persistence

"I will not lose." - Jay Z aka Shawn Corey Carter: Musician, Songwriter, Entrepeneur.

In truth, your persistence develops your skill.

Les Brown can illustrate it for you best in this inspirational, true story.

Most people do not achieve what they call success because they lack persistence, maybe you too, at times, fall under this category.

I know I have.

What sucks even more is when the people who are close to you keep telling you to stop trying, to stop dreaming, to stop hurting yourself with something that you will never achieve.

Some might even go as far as telling how YOU won't make it because THEY never did.

Leaving you wondering if by even trying to go for what you want, and going against their "advice", you might be risking your relationship with them.

As if you are being given an ultimatum: "Choose our friendship and remain uhappy or Choose happiness and lose our friendship."

I tell you this, a true friend will always, in all ways, want you to be happy, whoever doesn't is not a friend.

It fascinates me how some people will rather settle for unhappiness and failure than to risk what they define in their heads as humiliation.

The dreaded "I told you so" syndrome.

That is why I recommend you hang out less with people that discourage you, and surround yourself more with people, books, audios, articles, seminars, events, TV and radio programmes, etc, that support YOU.

The very people you care about, could be the very people that are holding you back.

So spend less time with them.

Who you associates with the most influences the level of your success.

Jim Rohn said it best when he said, "You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with."

Now coming back to how your persistence can lead to your success, I hope this Jay Z story inspires you to motivation like it did for me.

"When You Know Better, You Do Better."

"Success leaves clues." - Tony Robbins

They way you see life, as in the way you judge it, determines how you react to it.

Dr. Stephen R. Covey would prefer you "respond" to life than to "react" to it.

Placing preventative measures in place NOW so you can blissfully avoid problems in the future.

Then again, in every problem lies the seed of an equivalent success. #RandomQuote

Actually, Dr. Covey's "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" is one of the most empowering and enlightening personal development materials I have ever read, and reread, and you would be doing yourself a world of good if you were to get your hands on it...and read it of course!

It's just that by the time life happens you are, most of the time, on "Reacting" mode.

So it's actually a matter of finding the technology that is designed to be effective when you are reacting to life.

That way you can manage yourself better, which in turn allows you to manage your life better.

Never vice versa.

I guess that's our homework: to find what works well when you want to make things better after the problem has occurred.

Who knows?

Maybe it might be "hidden" within these updates I've been manufacturing, you might not know...until you do ^_^

God bless.
