Listen To The Music Of Your Soul

This time that you have been given, how best are you utilizing it?

How Do You Stop The Pain?

Let me offer you 5 Tips On How To Stop The Pain:

#1. Cry.

You would have to allow yourself to really feel it. You have to let the pain, be it physical or emotional, ripple through your body as it screams out of each and every pore of your body.

Release it. Release it... RELEASE THE PAIN!

It makes no sense holding on to something that wants to be freed of you.

You holding on to the pain, and the pain wanting – with every fiber of its being – to be released by you is what it causing the discomfort in the first place.

If you are feeling pain, either in your body, relationships, work environment, schooling, even your finances, the pain comes from you unconsciously holding on to the pain you so consciously want to go away.



It's your conditioning.

You were conditioned to react to pain the way you do now during your upbringing.

To speed up the process for you, you may need a specialist in this field of letting go of the pain - get the pain releasing technique package in a program called The Sedona Method: Your Key to Lasting Happiness, Success, Peace and Emotional Well-Being by Hale Dworskin.

#2. Bible Reading.

You should have an objective, I believe, when you pick a Bible to read.

And in this case, the objective for you is for you to use it as therapy.

You hold your Bible in your hands to read, for your healing.

Which in fact is 3 part:
1. You Allow Yourself To Feel The Pain (because what you resists persists)

2. You Accept The Pain (acceptance makes you in control, it brings you up to a level of being in charge)

3. You Release The Pain (pain is not natural. It might be normal, but it is not natural. And your mind, body and soul is doing all it can to release it, but there is some part of you that doesn’t want this final healing process to happen)

You thus have to convince yourself of letting go.

And reading the Bible will give you the reasons and understanding of healing through understanding.

28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

An action principle that was taught to me a life changing book that contains processes that use what you already have access, to right now, to change the results you have in your life to work for you and not against you.

As it guides you through going through the teachings of the Bible, not as something to be defended, but as something to be put to use in your life, daily, and I can’t tell you how much it has changed my life, and continues to change not only my life but the lives of those I love most in my life.

The book is called “The Power of Positive Thinking” by Norman Vincent Peale.

#3. Action

This is what Tony Robbins calls a “State Change,” you can choose to do this by changing your physiology.

What I mean by that is you can do physical exercise or physical action to work off.

You can go for a jog.

You can get down on your hands and knees and scrub the floor.

You can get down on your hands and knees and give the most heart pouring prayer you have ever affirmed.

You can chop some wood.

You can dance.

You can sing.

You can ride a roller coaster.

Do anything safe and beneficial that will change your physical state because it has been said that the state you are in when you feel pain – shoulders down, shallow breathing, breathing from the chest, eye level low, head tilted to the side, back is slouching, etc – you think negative thoughts that are associated with your negative (posture) state.

Just like you would think positive thinking patterns when you are in a pleasurable (or better) physical state – shoulders out, grinning or smiling, back straight, eye widen, leaning slightly forward, more animated hand gestures, breathing from the abdomen, chin up, talk after, etc.

Change your negative thinking patterns (because the origins of your pain are your thoughts) by changing your state.

And another way you can change your state from negative thinking patterns to a positive, more empowering thinking pattern is by going through a 30 day audio coaching program by Tony Robbins that he authored, “PERSONAL POWER II” were he will work you through each day for 30 minutes a day, on technologies you can you immediately to begin to improve your life.

#4. Gratitude

As much as there might be a lot of things that are going wrong in your life, there are also a lot of things that are going RIGHT, IN YOUR LIFE.

Think about it. If every was going wrong in life then the whole world would been a domino effect of one wrong thing happening after other in a series of events that will eventually lead to the destruction of this planet!

But you are still here, for now, so there MUST be GOOD happening out there that is keeping the balance.

Your task is to seek it and find it and bless it and praise it and appreciate it.

The world has not coming to the end. At least if you are reading this right now it isn’t, and isn’t that one good thing to be grateful about?

Everyday is a new day for you to do just that, Begin Anew.

Start afresh.

The same opportunity you had yesterday you still have it today.

Tony Robbins said it best when he said, "The past does not equal the future."

Your pain is the result of your unwillingness to use a different method, a different way to problem solve.

Let go, RIGHT NOW, of your illusion into thinking that you can change someone else to suit your needs.

The only person you can change is you and HOW YOU RESPOND to the situation.

You Might Not Have Much But You Have It All

Robert Kiyosaki in his book Rich Dad Poor Dad speaks about the gratitude of the rich, and how it spiritualizes their thinking it producing lucrative results even against all odds.

Wallace Wattles dedicated a whole chapter in his book The Science of Getting Rich 1912 about the amazing power of gratitude.

Deborah Norville did him one better by compiling an entire book, Thank You PowerHappiness Books), of scientific evidence of how the power Gratitude puts you neck and shoulders above those who do not practice thanksgiving daily, and she even goes as far as providing you will real life stories of how gratitude saves lives, relationships, health and success in all things human.

Joe Vitale co-authored Zero LimitsSuccess Books) to bring to the world a “releasing technique” that also includes gratitude as a core pillar his 4 part mantra.

When you compare what you don’t have with someone who does, you are using the power of gratitude against hence the negative feeling that comes up.

But when you compare what you do have with someone who doesn’t, now there is an emotion that can change the world.

I’m not talking about shame, but rather empathy.

Once you turn your thinking to that of a giver and not one of a receiver, you will be in a heightened position of contribution.

And once you contribute, with no desire of compensation of any kind, you will receive various forms of abundance into your life as well.

For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.

The law of giving and receiving.

The law of giving.

The law of sowing and reaping.


Its a law of the Universe.

But it begins with your ability to feel gratitude.

There are other benefits of gratitude that I haven’t mentioned, which, some are discussed in the books I recommended for you above.

For most of my adult life I believed that an attitude of gratitude is a good thing to have. As often as possible I tried to be humble and grateful for the blessings I received, but I didn't fully grasp just how powerful a gratitude practice could be until I set an intention to "Live From Gratitude" for an entire day.

What does that mean, to "Live From Gratitude?"

I decided that I would stay in a grateful state of mind and give deep, heartfelt thanks for everything I did, saw, felt, and experienced that day.

From the moment I opened my eyes early that morning, I began giving thanks for everything and everyone that entered my awareness. I thought about each of my family members and friends, and gave thanks for their presence in my life. I gave thanks for my home, my business, my car, my clothing, my health, and my cats.

As I moved through my daily activities, I gave thanks for everything I touched, everything I saw or heard, everything I felt, and everything that happened to me - even the annoying and challenging experiences.

I gave thanks for our dishes and utensils as I washed them, as well as the water I was washing them in, and for my hands that enabled me to wash them. A few of those items were wedding gifts for my husband and I, and as I washed each one, I recalled our wedding day with joy and gratitude, and gave thanks for my husband and the life we share together.

During my business activities that day, I gave heartfelt thanks for my clients and the passionate work that fulfills me and allows me to make a difference in the world. I also gave thanks for the challenges my work sometimes brings, simply because they strengthen me.

I expressed sincere gratitude for everything I saw, heard, felt, did or experienced throughout the entire day, big or small, good or bad. Not only did I SAY "thank you" for these things, I made sure to really FEEL the fee lings of gratitude and appreciation for them. As I'm sure you can imagine, that was a LOT of gratitude!

The results that came from my day of living from gratitude were astounding. It was one of the most powerful days of my life.

All day long I kept meeting the nicest, greatest people everywhere I went. My income for that day jumped up to roughly three times what it normally was, without me having to lift a finger to make it happen. I kept noticing awesome opportunities, tools, and resources that would help me grow my business or improve some aspect of my life. Some of these things had been right under my nose all along, but I'd never noticed them before.

I received so many great gifts as a result of my day of living from gratitude, but the true gift of that day is the way I felt all day long.

Never in my life can I remember feeling so humbled, so blessed, so RICH. Everything around me became SACRED in ways that I can't even describe.

Struggle, strain, anxiety, frustration, fear, anger . . . they all just faded away. Everything I saw and experienced was uplifting, inspiring and beneficial. My life was transformed that day, into something that I never dreamed would be possible. I'd thought my life was good before that - but my new attitude of gratitude took it to a whole new level of goodness.

That day stands out in my memory as one of the best days of my life. In fact, it was so powerful that I've since adopted my "living from gratitude" mind-set as an ongoing intention. Every day I strive to live from gratitude - and each day gets more and more magical the longer I do it.

Try it yourself and see if it doesn't have the same wonderful effect on your life.

“Nothing That You Want Is Up Stream”

There a One Stream of Love and Gratitude that will be most beneficial to you to get in to.

This fast moving flow, that blissfully carries you into your better feeling experiences.

This same flow that, if you go against it, will easily punish you into feelings of Hatred and Depression.

And when you are going against the flow it WILL DEFINITELY show.

It will show in your finances.

It will show in your physical health.

It will show in your relationships.

Any time you are not “in the flow of things,” it will show, and you will feel it.

My love, you were not designed to carry around negatives feelings every were you go.

As normal as you have become accustomed to it, judging by everyone else around you, it is not natural.

As normal as it is, it is not natural.

Hence the negative experiences you seem to “run” into – they originate from the energy vibration you are emitting on a constant, unconscious, rate.

Like energy attracts Like energy.

You are pure Joy, Love Personified.

You are Freedom.

You are Abundance.

All these Good Feelings Experiences - and more - you Become, Instantly, when you get in the flow of Love and Gratitude.

This fun, fun-loving stream will carry you there.

Only when you “get it” by not paddling against it.

And you “Get In” to the flow of things when you GIVE thoughts of Love, when you GIVE thoughts of Gratitude.

Even in you are at your most painful of places GIVE Love.

Even when you are in your most overwhelming moments of your life, GIVE Gratitude.

Grab on to that Positive-Life-Enforcing-Branch of Relief until you come up with another reason you are Grateful for, then another excuse to express your Love to, and so on and so forth until you climb your way out of this downward spiral of self pity.

Get in the flow one inspired thought at a time until you BECOME Love.

Until you BECOME Gratitude.

Keep in mind this Law: You Can Only Receive What You Have Given.

So give it so you can feel it.

Be selfish.

Give it so you can feel it.

I Invite You To Pray Orally

“...if thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.” – Mark 9:23

Speak to “yourself” the way you would normally speak about your concerns, your discomforts and any other thing that is on your mind.

You can do this at length.

You need to go deeper and penetrate through your daily state of being “just O.K” to one of a higher emotional vibration.

You can take as long as you want. Making sure you outline in detail all the challenges you are currently facing.

You need to lay it all out on the table.

Now that you have “emptied” your mind and heart of all things undesirable, do a 180 and now be thankful of what you would rather experience.

This is your opportunity to be solution oriented.

You need to be exact, no matter how unrealistic is might sound at the time.

You must remember, “all things are possible to she who believes.”

Your part is in the asking, which in this case is your level of gratitude.

Life, God, Universe will give the thing you want to you.

You would just need to allow it into your physical experience through acting as if you already received!!

Your constant state of gratitude & firm faith that God (Life, Universe, Ancestors) is working Her power of influence and creation to make your desire find its way to you, is the kind of faith that moves mountains.

Regularly visit this wonderful state of being and congratulate yourself for deliberately venturing in to this mental state of thanksgiving.

A state of already achieving.

Success is not a hit and run affair, success is a lifestyle, so invite yourself to allow your mind to be conditioned into this success habit often until it becomes a part of you.

I see myself sitting on a set of stairs wearing formal wear that could be compared to prison, holding on to each and every word that I'm read from a book for inspiration.

Holding on to each word thinking that it will save me.

How can mere intelligent structure of letters that make up words that are ordely organized into sentences that lead to paragraphs save ME, from...myself?

And yet I continue to read on and concentrating with my entire being and focused on each word like my life depended on it.

My life does depend on it.

Because if I truly believe my life dependent entirely on me I would have been dead by now...or dying.

I am making a "dying" living with the same "self" that keeps giving me back to myself the same results I produce through the very habits I hold dear.

So I read but this time I need to follow through, trust, create, and become and entertain change for change to occur.

In order to experience change I must become it.

Dr. Nelson Mandela Knew What He Wanted, Do You?

You must know what you want.

No matter how "unrealistic" or "impossible" your journey to getting it might be.

Just take a page right out of our birthday boy's Dr. Nelson Mandela's life.

As gut wrenching as the goal was you bet your life Madiba KNEW EXACTLY what he wanted.

Your first task to success is to be CLEAR about what your pleasing desire.

You must be so clear, the idea of you already possessing the thing you want makes you FEEL lighter, relaxed, inspired, Better.

Your to-the-point crystal clear, laser focused, unamabigous clarity is VITAL.

When you generalize you stand the chance of repelling what you DO want and attracting what you DON'T want.

When you are specific, you can now allow yourself to be emotionally involved with your goal.

As in now you can inject meaning into this goals of yours that means a lot to you.

These emotions of meaning must inspire and motivate you into deliberate action taking.

Now that you know WHAT you want, you will be inspired in the HOW that will get you there.

Like energy attracts like energy, in the form of people, thoughts, circumstances and environment.

Your mind is emotionally charged into attracting "thought inspiration" and people and circumstances that harmonize with the energy vibration your motivated self is now emitting.

"Action without faith is dead."

In fact you get almost rapid, miraculous, magical results from your Faith in action, your Faithful action.

So if your cause (action) was from an love-inspired feeling space, then you will attract a love-inspired effect (result).

The stronger and sincere your emotionally (meaningful) desire, the faster the attraction.

There is something else that takes place when you take action from an inspired feeling and thought state apart from the action itself.

You seem to trigger the forces of the Universe to thrust forward so to conspire into getting you the results you want in the best and fastest way possible.

The Primary Cause in the minds of all successful people just like our Nelson "Madiba" Mandela - see - was that:

They knew WHAT they wanted,

And they KNEW they were going to GET IT.

The HOW was Secondary - inspired by them by their Primary Cause of course.

You master the Primary Cause to Your Success, Take Inspired Action Towards Your Goals and Your Success Is Guaranteed!

Your Success Is A Given

You wouldn't say but in life the only barriers we come across are the ones we set for ourselves. 
We limit ourselves because we either tell ourselves that it won't work (whatever "it" is - usually it's guidance from God) in anyways even before we actually tried it or we get concerned about what the other person would say of thing about us as we strive for what we want.
Most of the life transforming, income generating, perfect relationship building, physical health stimulating, career advancing ideas never materialize because they only happen in the mind.
I've come to see that the only thing responsible for my success, or lack thereof, is my limiting thinking and limiting beliefs on how I should or shouldn't go about becoming a success, a high achiever.
We must find a way around these limiting beliefs and one way to do this is through action.
"Feel the fear and do it anyway." - Susan Jeffers
Another way of breaking through the concerns we have taught ourselves to accept is to imagine it going the way we would want it.
This reminds of the coach telling some footballer in the movie Any Given Sunday that he must see it before he does it, "See it before you do it!"
'Cause you see what's cool about that - emotional, vivid, clear, sensory visualization - is that if you do it well and often enough, you become an expert in something that you haven't done at a physical level.
An expert in your own mind. And once you own it here *pointing at head* then the next level of existence is its materialization. 
Imagine and imagine and imagine it until we have the confidence to doing it on the physical plane.
I also found that one needs courage to even begin to apply the steps I offered above, but then again we have God as a resident cheerleader for that exact reason.
Ask God for guidance and the courage and strength to act on that guidance. Jesus did, and look what a difference we are told he made - and still is, making in the world.

Enter Your Better Life Cycle

Life works in cycles.

There's a cycle to every thing, even people's life circumstances.

You need to catch your "better life" cycles.

People get so caught up in the dips of their life cycles, they fail to see that their cycle is entering the "Good Times" phase.

So they keep bitching about what is wrong in their lives even though they have blessings coming at them from all sides.

It might be normal for you to exist in discomfort but it is not natural.

I will say it again.

It might be normal for you to exist in discomfort but it is not natural.

Nature has it setup that all things have a reset button that, at first, look like things are going south.

Not realising that it's part of a rhythm.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

For progress to be made you need rest.

You will burn out when you go at it on all cylinders without resting.

So be grateful for this phase of rest.

You are now building the strength you need to launch to the next level.

As grateful as you are for this time on "inactivity" be burning & desiring & yearning for the opportunity that will TAKE YOU to the next level.

You need to lift your head up (metaphorically & literally) to this opportunity.

You need to lift your head up to your Jozi :]

When I was growing up, what I couldn't find in Soweto I always used to find in Johannesburg (Jozi).

That's because I got up off my ass and went out to go get mine!

I went out in search of my opportunity.

Only to find it was searching for me too.

Acknowledge your current circumstances.

Accept them.

Allow them.

And use the energy of your discomfort to move you into the next level.

One level at the time.

One step at a time.

One day at a time.

And with that kind of momentum your cycle of success will catch on to you as it turns.

Just like how winter catches on to spring, then summer, then autumn and back to winter again.

With every 360 degrees made, it will be your turn to move into summer.

The law of opposites says for every bad there's a good.

So for every cuff up there's a lift up.

Your task is to look out for these lift ups regardless of the cuff ups in your current environment.

Success is a state of mind.

You need a different kind of mindset in order for you to succeed.

You thinking differently will make you see things differently.

See the opportunity in your problems.

You change You, and then your circumstances.

You change You First, then your environment will mirror your mental change.

Your mental imagery.

Find your Cycle of Pleasure, so that you can break your Cycle of Pain.

What My Birthday Has Taught Me About The Law of Attraction & YOU

How exciting was that???!

Not only did I receive my smartphone, the one I've been attracting since forever!

But I was able to spent my birthday rich in emotional meaningful, timeless, memorable moments - as opposed to getting showered with material gifts that end up on the shelf, lost or eaten.

A colossal shout out to my facebook friends, my family, my girlfriend and especially baby sister - you are Psycho sis'!!!

I love you more and more (x)

My sister, my mom and I began my BornDate a couple of minutes before 12 am, just before 12 July, dancing to Beyonce's new album - IT'S FLIPPING OFF THE CHAINS BY THE WAY!!

We slept at about past 2 am and woke up around about 9 am to go get my birthday Blackberry present I used to type out the first draft of this very blog post.

I spent most of the morning being in a state of deep gratitude and awe.

I now feel I still am in awe and deeply grateful about the little almost unnoticed details that got into attracting, consciously, something I wanted.

It has been close to 30 days since I have stepped up my ability to deliberately attract my desires, through:

daily 15 minute meditations, and

typing out a list of my goals,Daily reviewing my goals and editing my goals Daily

The thing that motivates me to perform these rituals has been my daily motivational reads like Think and Grow Rich - which has been read so much I can even feel the positive, motivation oozing out of it, amidst the notes I wrote on the margins of almost each and every life changing Napoleon Hill paragraph.

Bob Proctor suggested I not only read personal development books but rather to study them, and attempt to understand the idea the writer in conveying to me.

Another wonderfully highlighted self help book that has motivated me into faith in action has been, and still is, The Bible.

The conditioning I am getting about faith and gratitude and patience and love and struggle and endurance and peace and joy and contribution I am getting from reading The Book... is been beyond words.

It's motivational reads like these that inspire me into action and take me from a point of faith, to a point of KNOWING.

Maybe the recent grateful trip over the Avalon cemetery to 'meet up' with my grandfather, and relatives my father has successfully managed to source out - who has long since passed gave me the nudge I needed to surrender to it all.

To literally kneel and have a conversation with the dead...a conversation with my ancestors...a Conversation with God, about nothing...about everything.

And just release the negativity and trust, to just release and trust while all the while being grateful.

So my suggestion to you is to affirm the person you would like to become.

The type of person who would attract the things that YOU want.

And maybe if even, in less than a month if you are committed and emotionally involved with your goals, attract something you thought was impossible for you to get.

But You would need to put in the work FIRST for the law of attraction to work for You.

I Still Affirm That Heaven Is An Experience...

The mental state you enter in when your physical body is asleep, is a piece of Heaven that most do not return to when they are awake, through things like laughter, joy, fun, meditation, moments of stillness, prayer, silence & thinking positively about ones desires.

In fact, that is one way to return back to Heaven, and that is to use whatever is active in your “Hell experience” as reference to what you DO what to attract into your “Heaven experience” – using what you DON’T want as a point of reference for what you DO want.

If you picture, feel and affirm the negative, change it so you can picture, feel and affirm the positive.

This you can do with the daily repetition of daily disciplines that train you into adopting positive, empowering habits.

If you are stressed about not being able to meet your bills then picture (daily), feel (daily) and affirm (daily) having more than enough money to pay the bills joyfully.

Obviously it will take more than The Power of Positive Thinking to turn your life around but the objective is for you to be in a state of mind that is receptive to ideas and inspiration and even people that will aid you into reaching your goals.

Ever noticed how people who are negative are repulsive to you and those who are in a positive vibration seem to draw you in?

You can’t help but want a piece of their Heaven right?

But this only comes through the daily repetition of processes that eventually lead to success.

Success that lasts does not come overnight like a quick remedy that you will do only on the 1st of the month and the results will show on 2nd.


You will need to earn success through the progressive realization of a worthy ideal.

Just like the farmer does not plant in winter and expect the fruits in spring.

The seed needs to be conditioned (daily) into producing desired results.

The same goes for you too.

You need to commit to the conditioning of success through practicing and experimenting on principles and ideas that you have come across and have the potential to change your life for the better.

Daily Picture love/ prosperity/ perfect health.

Daily Feel love/ prosperity/ perfect health.

Daily Affirm love/ prosperity/ perfect health.

This technique is designed to bring you one step closer to your Heaven experience, save for the final step in the process...

The Gratitude Psychology

Early this year we were the only house in the neighborhood without electricity for two months.

It was in the middle of autumn so it wasn't as cold as it is now, with us entering into winter.

We weren't paying the municipality so they cut us off.

Cause and effect.

The jump from employee to self employed was yet to produce positive, consistent results, with the creditors calling me for the money I didn't have, I had no immediate way to help my mother out.

Then one night, under the light that came from the candle, I began reading the Bible.

In his book "The Power Of Positive Thinking," Norman Vincent Peale suggested I read the New Testament and highlighting every time words like faith and gratitude were mentioned.

I did that daily.

I did that openly, from reading and pausing to let the words I read sink in, to even driving around with the Bible every where I went.

I see now that I was merely developing the mindset of faith.

I was developing the psychology of gratitude.

And these were what motivated us to take do something (anything!) so that we do not spend another day bathing under cold cloud of humiliation and self pity.

We managed to raise the three months outstanding balance to avoid getting my car repoed.

And we also managed to attract a home with electricity to protect us from the winter chills.

Not to say that we didn't have other challenges to deal with since then.

Then again that's why I write on this blog site, to motivate myself into thinking and seeing myself and reminding myself as one who can succeed no matter what darkness can befall me.

To keep on going with my daily faith in things working out eventually.

To keep on going with my daily gratitude of what already is working well for us.

To keep on going with my daily action and prayer towards making things turn my way.

You have every thing you need right now to start changing things your way.

Let me say it again:

You have every thing you need right now to start changing things your way.

You just need that motivation nje to keep you facing the light by first taking your eyes away from the shadows.

And looking within for the guidance that will solve the challenges you face without.

If Life Keeps Throwing You With Problems, It's Best You Become A Problem Solver

When negative emotions rise up within you, take a moment...

Breathe deeply...

Inhale with your nose.

Exhale through your mouth...

Take your focus away from the external evidence of your pain and bring your focus inwards.

And as you breathe relax your muscles.

Drop your shoulders.

Close your eyes for a couple of seconds, and just follow the flow of air into your lungs and follow the flow of air out of your lips.

Bring yourself down to the point of clear thinking and notice how your view is broader now.

And now with clear thinking and a different, less emotional charged brain you are now the perfect container to receive solutions to the cause of your temporary pain.

Nothing changes until YOU change first.
