When You Hit Rock Bottom

Do not deny yourself from experiencing and acknowledging your down days.

There is a lesson to be learned from these days and once you have learned the lesson, you will avoid the experience.

And when you do get it, then you will rise up a stronger person than you were before you got hit by the Rock Bottom.

Happy New Year!

Thoughts Are Tools You Can Use Or Tools You Can Lose

Thoughts are tools you can use to sculpt the sculpture of your life.

Like the sledgehammer, single minded focus of working on a piece of stone until it folds to YOUR WILL.

It is your will that steers you to your experiences.

Your purpose in life is to write a new script of the thoughts you would prefer to have, based on the experiences you would want to see in your life.

By taking control of your life, by taking control of your thinking, you will lead yourself into a successful life for yourself.

By "successful life" I mean a life where you do what you want to do, when you want to do it.

"Guide your thoughts based upon how you feel."

How You Can Achieve Success Faster

One of the ways to achieve your goals faster is through modeling the actions of a successful person who is getting the results that you want to get in your life.

You will find that even Tony Robbins mentions this as a technique he even used on himself to accomplish measurable success in his life.

Finding mentors in your life that can help you get to where you want to be in your life, cuts down your learning curve and helps you get the results you want faster.

What They Meant When They Said You Need To Change Your Attitude

Quoted from an article by Earl Nightingale, Your Master

"The way that you think about a person is your attitude toward that person. The way that you think about your job is your attitude toward your job. Knowing this, you can perhaps understand the dramatic impact of this statement by William James, the great American philosopher and psychologist. He said, 'The greatest discovery of my generation is that men can alter their lives by altering their attitudes of mind.'"

T'is The Time For Giving or Is It The Time For Forgiving?

You have yourself a Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year.

My suggestion is to use this festive season to forgive those that you believe have done you wrong.

Because as you let go, you heal apart of yourself.

Heal not for their sake, but for yours.

If Your Direct Efforts Are Getting You Nowhere, You Should Try Going At Them Indirectly

The Law of Indirect Effort, with regards to your health for examples, means that you don't get sick because you are sick.

Your sickness is a secondary factor. It is the effect.

You would need to get to the CAUSE of your problem.

With the Law of Indirect Effort you don't achieve what you want directly, but indirectly.

In the case above, you don't tackle the issue of sickness directly.

You tackle it at the CAUSE of the sickness.

When you only attack the symptoms, the sickness is bound to return.

It is only when you tackle both the symptoms and the root CAUSE of the symptoms that you are then in a more guaranteed road to better health.

If your direct effort is not giving you the results you want, look to how your indirect efforts might be the out-of-the-box method your are looking for to solving your problems.

Awaken the Power Within YOU

Tony Robbins said it best when he said decision is the defining factor of our lives.

You might not have realized the releasing power that comes with making a decision.

It stops you from having all that indirected and exhausting energy of indecision and giving it an outlet of focus.

You then become driven and motivated as you MOVE FORWARD instead of you being STUCK.

As sickening feeling I'm sure you have also felt sometime in your life.

And that is why your ability to DECIDE can be such a liberating factor for you.

Just DECIDE and the universe will bend over backwards to make your decision a reality.

When You Use The News As The World's Barometer, You Are Sure To Eventually Become A Pessimist

You know on facebook when you comment on someone's status and then you end up having a whole discussion with someone who made a comment on what YOU commented on?

I had one of those yesterday, and she brought up some valid points...even though I agreed to disagree with her.

I was of the stand point that with the news (radio and TV) and media (advertising to even TV programmes) all perpetuate the negative issues of the world to such a point, that you could be led to believe that there are more bad things happening in the world than the good.

Her response was that things ARE like that - there being more bad than good - hence the "negative world" bias we keep hearing people talking about.

You see, that what Bob Proctor has explained to me as being called a Paradigm.

Your Intention Sets Your Reality

Quoted from "Developing Positive Self-Direction" By Denis Waitley

"It's interesting that corporations and institutions have clearly defined plans, but only the top achievers in life seem to have established the same kind of game plan for their own personal lives.

Most people spend more time planning a party, studying the newspaper, or making a Christmas list than they do in planning their own lives. But the winners, they set their daily goals the afternoon or evening before.

They put down a list on paper in a priority sequence the major things they'll do tomorrow.

And they select priorities that lead toward the achievement of their most important current goal; in other words, they're always thinking of goal achievement rather than a trivial pursuit to fill a time slot.

And that's really the key..."

Psalm 23

A Psalm of David.

1 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

What You Believe Will Become Your Reality...

...even if what you believe is false.

If that's the case you will end up being at the effect of a false reality.

As in believing how certain things are true, when they are not, and then basing your responses and reaction on those untruths.

And your actions will then branch you off into paths that make you uneasy because you know, deep down, that you are going at it wrong.

We usually justify this feeling with "well, I don't have any other choice" or "this is how is it" or "what else can I do?"

If we listen to ourselves more than we listen to what others "THINK" we should do, I feel that we would experience more happiness in our lives.

And that's what we are all aiming for in life isn't it?

To experience lasting happiness.

Enlightenment.

When I say we must "listen to ourselves" in order for us to experience happiness, by taking action and progressive steps forward guided by our inner still, small voice - I am referring to the frequent use of our intuition.

People are learning more and more than intuition is not exclusively possessed by the gentle yet powerful female species of our race, but it is also available to men too.

It is a matter of getting in touch with this inner GPS so that it can be familiar to you, and because of your frequent counsel with your still, small voice within, it will soon become louder than the voices (opinions) of the outer world.

I'm sure you came across a time where you went along with what someone was saying, even though INtuitively you weren't really down with it.

This is your inner self, that has a bird's eye view on your life, trying to communicate to you and with you.

The tricky part comes when you have to distinguish between guidance from your inner self and interference from your ego self.

That is why getting in touch with your Inner Guide should be as important as breathing.

With practice you will KNOW the difference.

Your Guidance Is Internal

Every time you take the action your inner guide sponsors, your TRUST in the process seems to like increase the intensity of its future guidance for you.

The more you use your intuition or gut feeling or hunch or sixth sense, the more it will be available to you.

Matthew 25: 29 ~ For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath.

You will never "find" LASTING happiness in people or things.

The happiness you seek, like all emotions, is something you BECOME.

And it is when you BECOME HAPPY NOW that your still, small voice is at its loudest.

Your still, small voice is the voice that has the solutions to all problems known and unknown to man.

Matthew 6:33 ~ "But seek ye first the kingdom of God..."

And that "kingdom" is within YOU.

In truth, that kingdom is YOU.

The link I'm about to offer you will direct you to a previous blog post that will show you of one of the ways that you can become familiar with "your inner You," which will lead to you becoming a happier person - for your sake and those of the people in your life.

With committed, daily practice you too can become an expert in learning, first hand, the Power that comes in knowing How To Meditate.

"The Fastest Way to Achieve Your Goals is to Stay On Purpose"

"It read: Production minus sales equals scrap.

"The executive noted, "Even valuable ideas can wind up on the scrap heap just because they weren't sold."

I wanted to send you an affiliate link recommending you to buy, read and USE this book I just picked up by Spencer Johnson (co-author of The One Minute Manager) and Larry Wilson. It's just that I have not finished reading it yet so I'm a bit apprehensive about the referral...

So far, it's an AWESOME book.

It's called The One Minute Sales Person The Quickest Way to More Sales with Less Stress.

It touches on how EVERY successful person is essentially a good sales person.

You see for me, I see "sales" as a character attribute that will help you to sell YOURSELF better, more than it is you selling products or services.

And The One Minute Sales Person The Quickest Way to More Sales with Less Stress touches on why that is EXACLTY the case.

Ask yourself:

How do you convince your kids to clean their rooms?

How best can you convince a potential employer that you are the best person for the job?

How do you bring about the relevant points of a presentation or deal you what to clinch?

You can do all this, and more, by being a better "sales person."

"Behind every sale is a PERSON."

How can you best influence your friends to go watch movie or try out this new restaurant you've just seen?

These skills fall under the "sales" umbrella and I believe there is no better time, in the world economy, than now where business (the money) needs more sales people.

The better your pitch, the higher the chances of you getting money...keeping in mind that money doesn't solve problems. It (money) just gives you more options, which extenuates who you are.

Love,

Musa

PS: No, I've thought about it. And I've decided that YOU NEED to get this BOOK!

I will give you the retail price it is selling for on Amazon.com below for you to see whether you would be able to invest in it if you can.

You too are involved in sales, not in the usual sense, but you sell your ideas to others on a daily basis.

And this makes you a successful person in your work or whatever it is that you do.

"The "Wonderful Paradox"

I have more fun and enjoy
More financial success

Challenges Aren't Meant To Take You Back, They Are Meant To Toughen You Up And Make You A Stronger Person As You MOVE Forward

The Meaning You Give It Is YOUR Reality.

What a crappy weekend!

There are certain injustices in the world.

After working so hard, spending time and money only to have what you own to be taken away from you just like that?!

Life is so unfair.

I feel loss.

Why me?

What have I done to deserve this?

I am offended.

How could they do this?

I feel grief.

This is going to be such an inconvenience.

I am shocked.

This is humiliating.

I am furious!

I am sad.

I feel violated.

I am hurt by this...

...ok. With that said, what do I do NOW to change my future results and outcomes?

"What Do You Specialize In? What Is Your Focus?"

"In sales, in business, you have to be able to clearly articulate what you do in such a way as to make the person you’re communicating with say, “Wow, how do you do that?” Your ability to summarize the benefit of your product or service is the key to success in selling. If you can do that, you can make all the sales you want to make for the rest of your life."

The Only Person That Can Change Your Life For The Better Is YOU!

Quoted from Allowing Emotions To Fuel Your Desire by Jim Rohn, author of "The Day That Turns Your Life Around"

"Whatever you do,  don't camp at the fork in the road. Decide. It's far better to make a wrong  decision than to not make one at all. Each of us must confront our emotional  turmoil and sort out our feelings."

Love,

Musa

PS: "PROMISE  YOURSELF YOU'LL NEVER GIVE UP." ~ Jim Rohn, author of "The Day That Turns Your Life Around."

And one of the ways you can do this is by programming your brain with daily motivation.

"People often say that motivation doesn't last. Well, neither does bathing - that's why we recommend it daily."
~ Zig Ziglar

This is why listening to motivating audios can be such a vital addition to your daily disciplines, that can help you in keeping your eye on the ball.

Because you can listen, while doing something else.

Not only listen but use these new ideas and adopt the life altering philosophy Jim Rohn will present to you through this audio program I am recommending for you.

And who knows, you might even mark this as The Day That Turns Your Life Around!

"Our Deepest Fear" by Marianne Williamson - Sometimes Incorrectly Credited To Our Nelson Mandela

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.

We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God.

Your playing small does not serve the world.

There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.

We are all meant to shine, as children do.

We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.

It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone.

And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."

Change Your Subconscious (Inner) Beliefs and You Change Your Conscious (Outer) Results

You will continue to attract the circumstances you do until you gain the courage needed to come up with practical solutions for them.

The circumstances you attract are in equal value to your subconscious beliefs.

When you consciously believe you want more money, for example, but you unconsciously have a belief that having too much money is a bad thing, your unconscious KNOWING will override your conscious BELIEF.

Want to know what your unconscious beliefs are?

Look at your results.

What is the state of your relationships?

What is the state of your bank account?

What is the state of your emotional well being?

What is the state of your physical fitness?

What is the state of your spirituality (if you are into that kind of thing)?

Your results are the mirror reflection of your inner core thoughts and beliefs.

These are the images your subconscious holds on to, the images you think about most, the images you emit. Images that you attract to yourself on the daily.

Change Your Subconscious (Inner) Beliefs and You Change Your Conscious (Outer) Results

It is only then that you would be able to attract the circumstances you prefer, instead of attracting the ones you don't.

Attitude Is The Key To Life by Bob Proctor

Victor Frankl once wrote, "Everything can be taken from a person but one thing: the last of human freedoms - to choose one's attitudes in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way."

Frankl was right.

Attitude is a choice.

You could be faced with a thousand problems, many or most over which you have absolutely no control.

However, there is always one thing you are in complete and absolute control of and that is your own attitude.

When you surrender control of your attitude to what appears to be a negative situation, you will react to that situation. More often than not, reacting is inappropriate. On the other hand, if you were to remain objective, you would respond to the situation appropriately, thereby creating a winning situation.

If attitude is such an important word, why do so few people understand it?

To be honest, it wasn't until I was in my late 20s when I finally understood its full impact. All through my teens and into my early adult life, I can't tell you the number of times that I heard, "Bob, if you'd just change your attitude, you would do a lot better."

In retrospect I can easily see the cause of my problem. I didn't know what attitude was, let alone know how to change it!

Attitude is the composite of your thoughts, feelings and actions. Your conscious mind controls feeling and ultimately dictates whether your feelings will be positive or negative by your choice of thoughts, then your body displays those choices through action and behavior.

Attitude is actually a creative cycle that begins with your choice of thoughts.

You do choose your thoughts and that choice is where your attitude originates. As you internalize ideas or become emotionally involved with your thoughts, you create the second stage in forming an attitude; you move your entire being - mind and body - into a new "vibration."

Your conscious awareness of this vibration is referred to as "feeling". Your feelings are then expressed in actions or behaviors that produce the various results in your life.

Positive results are always the effect of a positive attitude.

Attitude and results are inseparable. They follow one another like night follows day.

What I mean by that is: one is the cause, the other, the result. There is a term we use to distinguish this "cause and effect" relationship, it is called The Law of Cause and Effect. Simply stated, if you think in negative terms, you will get negative results; if you think in positive terms you will achieve positive results.

Ralph Waldo Emerson reiterated that same point when he said, "A person is what they think about all day long."

The results you achieve in life are nothing more than an expression of your thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Take a close look at your life and evaluate the results you are achieving in various areas. See if you are able to relate your attitude to your results.

Winning and losing are opposite sides of the same coin - and that coin is attitude.

There are many things wrong in this world; unfortunately that is all some people are able to see. Those who view the world in this light are often unhappy and somewhat cynical. Usually, their life is one of lack and limitation and it almost appears as if they move from one bad experience to another. I know people who are like this and I'm certain you do as well.

It would appear as if they were born with a streak of bad luck and it has followed them around their whole life. These individuals are quick to blame circumstances or other people for their problems, rather than accepting responsibility for their life and their attitude.

Conversely, there are others who are forever winning and living the good life.

They are the real movers and shakers who make things happen.

They seem to go from one major accomplishment to another. They're in control of their life; they know where they are going and know they will get there. They are the real winners in life and their wins are a matter of choice.

You can experience that kind of life as well, you only need to decide. Making that simple decision is the first step to a new life.

Dorothea Brand once said, "Act as if it were impossible to fail," and I challenge you to do so.

By simply becoming aware that you can choose your thoughts each and every day, you will change your entire outlook. You have the power to choose an abundant life no matter your circumstances.

That active choice will allow other positive people and opportunities to be attracted into your life.

Don't wait to experience all the wonderful things the universe has in store for you.

Start today by working on your attitude and welcome the abundant life that you were meant to lead.

How Often Do You Use The 90 Seconds Rule?

Quoted from All It Takes Is 90 Seconds By Jim Fannin

"Too many thoughts, too much chaos,
just shut your eyes, unhinge your jaw, and for 90
seconds go blank. Literally see a dark screen on
your mind. Think no future, no past, just
immerse in the moment. Now this is not a
relaxation technique; this is a technique of just
clearing your mind of its thoughts."

How Often Are You Grateful For Receiving...?

If you look hard enough, I am certain that you will find what you are looking for.

As in when you look into something with intent (whether to congratulate or to criticize) you will eventually get what you are looking for.

If you look hard enough.

If you put your mind into it.

So in the case of being the trained critic, you become so good at it that you take almost any opportunity to inform and educate as many people as you can, about how awful things are, and how worse they are going to become in the future.

You would feel that you would be doing them a disservice if you did not bring this to their attention.

And anyone who sees the world differently from how YOU perceive it, is being unrealistic.

To protect your family you make sure, without a shadow of a doubt, that they know how the "real" would is out there.

You pass this thinking from one generation to the next.

Because you are of the paradigm of, "Well, that's just how the world is."

I'm here to tell you that it's not.

Musa

The World Needs A New Understanding Of Who & What "God" Is

A new way of looking at God is seeing Her as the medium by which you send and receive your requests through.

Because, as it is documented for me and you to give practical use to, ALL things are POSSIBLE WITH God.

It is when you do not align yourself with this Source Supply - Formless Substance, Infinite Supply, Infinite Intelligence, All Divine Providence, the Universe - would the things you want take longer to come into your life.

With practice and experience there will come a time where when you send a request to "God," there will be this KNOWING that will overcome you.

Because now you will become used to sending your goals or desires to "God" from an emotional and mental state of having already received them.

It is then that you now avoid giving your focus on the lack of what you want, to giving you focus on the RECEIVING of what you want.

You make the request and you move into an emotional and mental space of Acting As If you have already received - or at the most, having the perception that it is on its way to you.

But no amount of blogging could convince you of something YOU need to EXPERIENCE for yourself.

Thank you God now that I Am...[fill in the blank]

You complete this sentence with a request you would like to send out in a spiritual/ mental form, in order for you to receive your answered prayer back into your life in physical form.

What do you want to be in your life?

What do you want to do in your life?

What do you want to have in your life?

(Note: By "sending out" I am referring to you holding on to the mental image of the end result of what you want to attract into your life, for as long as you can, as many times as you can, with emotion. This is in a sense the practice of A True Prayer).

As you commit to the daily reviewing and reading aloud of this request to Source Supply see, in your mind's eye, you already being in possession of your desire.

You will get pretty good at this, just like anything you commit to doing daily, because repetition is the mother of all learning/ skill.

And your repetition demonstrates your level of persistence - your persistence is a demonstration of your level of FAITH in this attraction process.

So what you DESIRE, as you have fun playing daily, mental videos of having your desire, mixed with your daily repetition of your goal, will eventually become accepted by your unconscious.

It is only then, when your unconscious accepts what has been repeated to your mind at a conscious level, do you then "Attract What You Think About."

See article about the effect your unconscious has on your life.

When you question your beliefs in terms of whether they benefit your growth or not, you begin to break through those beliefs that are possibly limiting your life experiences.

And I believe the most important belief you must evaluate is your belief in who and what God is to your life.

And when you come to the True definition of God, as I have, your life will change forever.

Just like it continues to change for me after reading and re-reading a book that I KNOW will change your whole view of life!

But change can only come to you if you are open-minded enough to hear different answers and solution to your repetitive challenges.

I suggest you get yourself a copy of Neale Donald Walsch's "Conversations with God: An Uncommon Dialogue (Book 1)" for you to receive and, if accepted, begin to live your life with "God" instead of struggling without "God:"

Musa
