If Talking Doesn't Change Your Emotion Maybe Action Will

This Too Shall Pass

By action I mean doing something like walking it off and give yourself the visual stimulation that will encourage your mind to think more clearly about your possible solutions and less of the possible, overwhelming obstacles.

As you walk (or doing whatever physically active task you choose) having yourself instruct your brain into giving possible solutions that have the potential to improve your current situation.

You need to remember that what you instruct your brain to think about it will expand on.

When you give it a negative thought about how powerless you feel, it will expand on that thought until you find yourself worse off than you where.

But when you give your brain a positive (or at least hopeful thought) about what can you do now to begin to improve things in your life, then eventually and with your persistent concentration on getting an Action Related answer from your brain, a way will be shown to you.

"I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

I love you.

Thank you."

Do not deny yourself your "down" days, but don't let them take total control of your thinking and therefore your life.

We can talk about it until the cows come home but if you are feeling no better, then

» do some sit ups,

» do some push ups,

» do some chore around the house,

» take a walk,

» drive somewhere,

» have safe sex with your partner,

» meditate,

» put on your favorite music and dance to it or sing along, if not both,

» go watch a movie,

» cook,

» paint,

» read something (fiction or non-fiction),

» or write your thoughts down about how you feel AND what you would prefer to see happen in your life apart from your temporary circumstances.

A problem cannot be solved at the same level of thinking that created it.

That is why by you taking a breather from your temporary problem, you be giving yourself the clarity you need to solve it when you return to it.

You can give this game a try. The purpose of this game is to begin to GRADUALLY change you mood for the better.

And when you feel good, you do good.

"I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

I love you.

Thank you."

Your friend,

God Taught Me A New Game This Morning, Do You Wanna Play?

I wasn’t in the best of moods this morning. Have you ever had those days that you weren’t feeling really up for the day?

Today, at least this morning, was one of those days.

Maybe it was the upsetting news I heard of the passing of my grandma’s brother.

How do you tell someone that their brother has died?

We, my aunts (grandma has 3 daughters and 2 sons) and my cousin and I, began with a hymn and asked gogo (Zulu for grandmother) to pray for us.

Upon gogo's completion of her prayer, one of her daughters, my mom, began praying.

Asking God for the strength to inform gogo on the “loss” (we never end or die, we only change form from the physical to the spiritual – it doesn’t mean it won’t hurt though) of her brother.

The events that followed I feel are too private and intimate for this public platform and I guess I carried that heaviness with me to bed.

Could barely practice The Law and The Promise.

So it’s not surprising that I woke up with a heavy heart.

So I woke at 5 am and did my 15 minute meditation and after freshening up began working on my next EzineArticle submission.

My heart wasn’t in the right place so I told gran and the helper (ma had already left for work and my sister was at The University of Pretoria) that I’ll be going out.

And so I took a long drive up to my father’s place and began having a verbal talk with God while I was on the road, to the obvious intrigue of the onlookers I was driving past of course.

It was a lengthy but heartfelt talk with me pouring out my concerns and my heartaches and my challenges.

I don’t think most of us do that kind of prayer anymore, where we really get into the gist of it and not only say a prayer out of memory, as a ritual and without meaning.

On my arrival I found, as expected, that Dad was also not home (my other home – divorced) so I picked up the two shirts he left for me and drove down to go give my girlfriend the lunch I packed for her.

On the way back home I was inspired (this is usually what I refer to as God “talking back to me,” in the form of inspiration, intuition, sixth sense, hunch, gut feeling, idea, etc) to try out this game I'm about to tell you.

The “I Am Most Happiest When I” game.

Since my brain will give me the answer to any question I ask, it will even make up one on the spot if it had to, I used this to my advantage.

I began the sentence with “I Am Most Happiest When I...” and my brain came up with an answer, “...when I witness beautiful landscapes.”

I asked myself again, “I Am Most Happiest When I...” too which I replied, “...when I am with people who love me unconditionally.”

And that was when a smile began to creep into my lips.

I could have sworn I heard God celebrating that one smile because She knew it would snowball into a laugh if I kept going at my (our) game.

And it did.

Over the course of the day my mood began to improve, I made more jokes on my IMs and social networks, other people began to receive me well.

It was a beautiful day because I persisted in making it so.

I am more at peace now than I was before the game, and I wish you a happy day with the conscious and committed use of God and this “I Am Most Happiest When I” game God has given to me so I can share it with you.

God bless you.

Thank you.

And I love you,

You Don't Live In A Negative World, You Just Think You Do, And So You Do

Try as you might you can't focus on two things at the same time.

You can focus on a chair, as in going into detail about how it feels when you sit on it and how cool the design looks and how firmly it sits on the floor, etc, and then go on to focus on a table, for example, with the same attention to detail.

You can't focus on both, in detail, at the same time.

This applies to your life as well.

You can't focus on the negatives and still focus on the positives of your life at the same time.

It's either you focus on one or the other.

It's just that most of the shows you watch or hear on the radio focus on the negatives.

Even all forms of advertising and the news (bad news sells) even the people you hang out with give the impression that it is mostly bad in the world.

So you perceive the world as a negative place to live in.

You then will react to it negatively.

Your negative reAction will produce negative results.

Which will give you a perception that the world is a negative place to live in.

And so your cycle continues.

Contrary to what you might believe, Life always aims to maintain a state of balance, it's never All Good, nor it is always All Bad.

It maintains that state of balance in the form of the changing of the seasons, because, as you know, it's not all Winter all year round.

But with dumping so much junk in the form of the negative news you might hear and watch, the negative facebook status updates flooding your timeline and the negative minded people you might be following on twitter, your mind begins to absorb all this negativity and forms the perception that we are living in an awful world that's going to end by 12/12/2012.

Because you are focusing on "the chairs" of Life.

Commit to getting into the habit of acknowledging the negative but choosing to focus on the positive more.

And since that is your focus then that will be where your attention lies, and you will base all your actions from a positive (optimistic) bias, which will produce positive results for you.

"Energy flows where attention goes."

Thank you,

You Have The Power to Create Worlds

I've been experimenting on a theory that Neville Goddard wrote about in his "The Law and The Promise" book which you can have a look see here »

Neville Goddard has entries in this book with letters from people who actually proved his claim that your intense Imagining Creates Your Reality.

If I haven't lost you by now then you are open to the idea that You Create By the Power of Your Intention - See Jim Carrey (the actor and comedian) on the Power of Intention [Vid]

Like any new success principle your commitment to yourself is the key element to your success.

You Can Never Receive More Than You Have If You Keep Doing What You've Always Done

Quoted from 12 Things Successful People Do Differently

"Over the years I’ve studied the lives of numerous successful people. I’ve read their books, watched their interviews, researched them online, etc. And I’ve learned that most of them were not born into success; they simply did, and continue to do, things that help them realize their full potential. Here are twelve things they do differently that the rest of us can easily emulate..." Continue reading

Did You Know That Despair = Suffering – Meaning?

Quoted from a Tim Ferris blog, with a guy by the name of Chip Conley as a guest post on this one, How to Become an Effective CEO: Chief Emotions Officer

Regret teaches. Fear protects. Sadness releases. Joy uplifts. Empathy unites. Think of your emotions as messages that give you the freedom, rather than the obligation, to respond. One of my favorite quotes of all time comes from Viktor Frankl, author of Man's Search for Meaning:

“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”

You can read an excerpt by Timothy Ferris on this update here.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Neville Goddard and Why Imagining Creates Reality

Bob Proctor was once told that, "You haven't truly understood something until you have taught it to someone else and made THEM understand."

I guess this must be true after trying to explain to my aunt, who owns a successful Bed & Breakfast, how she must "think from her imaginative state" and to "not think of her imaginative state."

This state I am referring to is an emotional, environmental, physical, intellectual state that you would imagine you would imagine yourself in once you have achieved your desired life circumstance.

By just visualizing the end result of your intended goal you would be just "thinking of it."

Neville Goddard in his The Law and The Promise - You can Get It on Amazon, suggests you "think from" your intended goal from the point of having accomplished that which you desire.

It is from this point that you active the invisible yet powerful laws, much like the law of gravity, that seem to some how shape life's inner mechanics to casually produce your ultimate imaginative state as your physical reality.

And from practical and real-world experimentation of this creative principle from a number of people Neville has lectured to or who have read his book, their is no doubt to his claim on how practiced (sensory) imagining creates reality.

Now to the part of me giving you an example, a challenge to you if I may.

Of firstly,

#1. Identifying exactly what you want out of life.

Pick one particular concern that you would love to solve and conquer. The more precise you are with this identification, the happier you will be once you have received it.

A vague request or goal will produce, to your dismay, a vague result.

No I'm not asking you to think about how it's giving you sleepless nights here, all I'm asking is, if you had a magic ward to set things YOUR way, how would you like it?

#2. See yourself in your imagination touching or tasting or smelling or feeling or hearing or seeing (Neville Goddard recommends all of the above) yourself from that imaginative state of being you have just created in your mind.

Dr. Joe Vitale coined this as Nevillizing Your Goalsin a chapter he has written in his free ebook "Attract Money NOW!" available @

Not only should you just close your eyes and see yourself accomplishing your #1, but being actively involved with:

your sense of smell;

your sense of touch;

your sense of sight;

your sense of taste;

your sense of hearing;

your sense of feeling (joy, relief, happiness, pride, success, excitement, contempt, gratitude, love, etc),

as you are imagining your end result (only your end result) with authenticity.

Make it so real to yourself that you feel in your heart that you are NOW in possession of what you would like to Be, Do, or Have in your life.

This is new, so it is suppose to feel awkward at first. But humor me, and repeat this as often as you can as you include this as your daily success rituals.

We don't grow because we've stopped playing, we've stopped playing and that is why we grow old.

#3. Fall asleep at the peak of this imaginary state you have created for yourself.

The idea is to bypass your "Guard at The Gate" known as your conscious mind, so that you can imprint this desired state into your subconscious, which happens to be your link to our Source Supply who answers each and every "thought image" that you have in your subconscious mind.

It's no wonder your stubborn conscious mind has grown into the habit of rejecting on face value things that you consciously want, but unconsciously find it had to accept.

Since your subconscious is stirred into action by emotion, you need to impregnate it, once you've successfully bypassed the "Guard at the Gate" of your subconscious, with and "emotionalized" image of what YOU want.

Your #1.

You will not achieve (create the events that will lead you to) what you want if you just happen to drop in a image of the end result of what you want, without first having "Nevillized Your Goal."

Think From your imaginary state all throughout your day, and dedicate the last few moments before you to sleep tonight to thinking from the end result of what you want, adding as much clarity and feeling and belief as possible.

At this point imagine yourself until you believe you are actually living your imaginary experience in the NOW.

Then fall asleep in that state.

The more practice you give yourself, the faster your result will come.

Don't focus on the timeline per say (how long it would take for you to manifest this end result in your physical life) but focus on working on the vividness of your #1 as you Nevillize your imaginative state before you fall asleep.

You need to put in the work, before you can earn you keep.

You need to put in the wood first before you receive the fire.

And that is what I understood from what Goddard wrote in "The Law and The Promise" and you can download yourself a copy » here

Your Imagination Is The Preview Of Life's ForthComing Events

Quoted from "Neville Goddard Book Club" Facebook Fan Page:

An affirmative thought is a hundred times more powerful than a negative thought.

You attract what you focus you mind on.

My Question to you is this, what are you focusing your mind on now?

I hope you are focusing your mind on something fantastic.

I am the masterpiece of my life.

Let your imagination run wild.

Design your heaven on earth.

Don't wait to go to heaven.

Bring your heaven to earth now.

What do you care what Mr reason and Mrs logic has to say about anything.

Focus on your mind on something out of this world.

Dream big dreams.

Scientists have told us we use less than 10% of our brain power.

Actually the truth is we use less than 10% of the power of imagination.

Imagination is reality.

What If I Told You That You Are Successful In Proportion To Your Ability To Express Your Gratitude...

Have you ever noticed how successful people, that are in the public light, express gratitude often?

Is it possible that their genuine, verbal & audible expression of gratitude could be some sort of "incarnation" that attracts more success into their lives?

Can the act of being grateful for the varies things you come across daily really help you in living a better life emotionally, spiritually and physically...even financially?

In Deborah Norville's "Thank You Power: Making the Science of Gratitude Work for You (Kindle Edition)" believes you can.

But like any other success principle, you need to commit to practicing it daily before you will eventually see the results in your life.

You need to commit to sowing the seeds religiously before you can read the results from your work.

You need to pay the price.

Success comes to those who are Committed.

If that wasn't the case then all of us would be luxuriously successful.

You become successful not because you are Interested in being a success, but because you are COMMITTED to being a success.

Just Wanted To Show You How Less is More

"I know the son of one deca-millionaire, a personal friend of Bill Gates, who now manages private investments and ranches.

He has accumulated an assortment of beautiful homes over the last decade, each with full-time cooks, servants, cleaners, and support staff.

How does he feel about having a home in each time zone?

It's a pain in the ass!

He feels like he's working for his staff, who spend more time in his homes than he does."

Your Mind Interferes With Your Healing - Until It Doesn't...

Turning your mind away from physical (or emotional) pain allows your body to naturally heal itself, without the interference of your mind.

Your mind (your thinking) interferes with your body's ability to heal itself.

That is why meditation works so well when combined with your doctor's prescription.

When you verbally state that you want to get better, all the while feeling awful, your feelings, most of the time, overwrite your words.

Keeping you in an awful feeling state.

You need to literally take your mind off of your pains in order for your body to do what it was designed to do: heal itself.

That is why daily meditation (in ANY form) is important.

Just Finished My 10 Minute Meditation, When Last Did You Meditate?

"There is more to life than increasing its speed"

Mohandas Gandhi

"What do you mean by meditation?"

The answer was short, and the words felt good as I heard them:

"Sit in a quiet room.

"Wear comfortable clothing, and focus on your breathing.

"As your mind wanders, and it will, release the thought and focus upon your breathing."

I took this from An Introduction to Abraham by Esther Hicks from their best seller Ask and It is Given: The Teachings of Abraham by Esther and Jerry Hicks.

You can buy it from Amazon for under $11 at the time of this posting.

Why You Might As Well Be a Devil Worshiper If You Hold Grudges

This is because you would be thinking negatively about the person that you have a grudge with.

"You attract what you (subconsciously) think about."

When you think good things about someone, you are wishing them well and good things will also be returned to you, in multiples.

This is what you may know as Karma or the Law of Cause and Effect.

But you must keep in mind that this works both ways too.

When you think ill thoughts about someone, you are wishing bad things on them. And since you are thinking negative thoughts, these thoughts are being sent out in all directions (vibrationally) and then negative people, negative circumstances and negative events will, by law, EVENTUALLY be returned back to YOU.

To tell you the truth, there are times when I find myself holding them (grudges) for the longest of times. Until I remind myself of how irresponsible I am in solving my current circumstances.

It would be irresponsible of you to blame others for your how YOU feel.

How you feel is how YOU feel.

You chose your feelings, just like how you choose your reactions.

And it is these reactions that produce the results you are getting in your life.

Go to this blog post about how you need to take one hundred percent responsibility of your life to see what I mean.

Nobody put a gun to your head and told you to keep having those feelings of hatred over someone who violated your values.

You might think it's an automatic reaction to go from stimuli to reaction, but it is only through habit that you might think it is so.

YOU need to read The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Dr. Stephen R. Covey, which you can BUY on, for you to understand what I mean.

You DECIDED to feel they way you want to feel and YOU DECIDED to act the way YOU want to act at all times.

The negative vibes you give out will attract negative circumstances in to your life.

The more intense your emotions is, the faster the results will come into your life.

I used to have a manager who had ugly thoughts about the people she was working with and yet couldn't see how her negative thoughts about others linked to her physical sickness and difficult personal circumstances.

But You MUST become AWARE of this TRUTH - that your dominant thoughts, feelings, words and actions create your life.

What you give out is what you receive back.

What you receive was the result of what you gave.

I never liked the idea of how you give your power over to the person you have a grudge against.

I wonder if I'm the only one who goes through this almost automatic reactions of how your body becomes tense and you start breathing through your nose as you tighten your lips, when you think about or you physically see the person who had done you wrong in some way or the other.

It's as if you lose all physical control of your body because of this one person who has wronged you.

I'm even sure that your IQ drops too when you get like sucks!

A demoralizing state I do not wish on anyone, including you.

I once wrote that what you wish upon another person also remains with you.

There is a saying that also goes along the lines of how when you are angry at someone, it’s like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die.

There’s another that goes like how while you are holding grudges, they are out partying.

When you harbor and cultivate and grow negative emotions inside of you, not only would these negatives eat you from the inside out, but you a not participanting in a "Godly" act.

You are sending out a prayer (a prayer/meditation is a prolong or repetitive thought about something or someone) of negativity.

And when you pray (consciously or unconsciously) your "prayer" WILL be answered - you can thank the Law of Cause and Effect for that.

What you put out in the form of repetitive words and dominant thoughts and feelings and deeds, will be returned to you.

This is your Karma speaking back to you.

When you think about someone or something and you are immediately consumed by negative emotion, you might as well get yourself add some humans bones on display and get yourself the latest flying bromstick available at your nearest Witch Market near you.

What you think about (subconsciously) you create, because your dominant thoughts that somehow slip into your subconscious attract the results in your life.

"The Law of Attraction Responds to Your Subconscious Mind."

And the fastest way to get "thought created" results in your life, as in moving the images you are thinking about from your conscious mind to your subconscious mind which is where your core belief system lie and therefore attracts things in your life in accordance to your belief in them , is by attaching an intense emotion to that image.

"Emotionalizing" your thought image.

So when you think or say negative things about someone you are cultivating evil inside of your heart, and evil prayers from the heart are only answered by "the devil."

You might as well be a witch or a devil worshiper.

And that is why no good thing ever comes as consistently and as frequently as you want them to.

Just like the law of attraction states that similar energy attracts similar energy.

If you speak and think about bad things that make you feel bad, more bad things will come your way, and the more you will blame others for what you created, and what you focus on expands.

Keeping you in this vicious cycle until you take responsibility.

Yours in Taking 100% Responsibility,

PS: Don't get me wrong here, if someone as done you wrong then it's only normal for you to feel hurt by this.

By taking responsibility you can move from a state of blaming your victimizer to asking empowering questions of how you could avoid this current pain in the future.

Who knows maybe the problem is not actually with the other person.

Maybe, if you are brave enough to look in to it, the problem is with you. And when you Change YOU First, the pain you are feeling now will cease and you will begin to live life more freely.

In fact, grab a copy of Jack Canfield's The Success Principles: How to Get From Where You Are to Where You Want to Be so that you can live a better life from here on out!

YOU deserve more Success in Your life.

Your Happiness Is A State of Being, Not A Destination

I'm going to go on a limb and say that the reason you get up every morning is because you want to ultimately experience happiness.

Be it you going to work, or going to school, or going to see friends or family, be it you going to take drugs or alcohol or having sex or music or writing or meditating or dancing or reading...whatever your addiction is.

You believe that you will experience some sort of happiness by you doing what it is that you do that takes up most of your day.

Your motivation behind everything you do is to experience happiness, no matter how short lived your happiness might be.

Happiness is a good reason for doing anything.

But sometimes the methods you take so that you can experience happiness are not so cool.

And through your pain you unknowingly console yourself by telling yourself that you are doing all this because it will eventually make you happy.

So you adopt this "no pain no gain" attitude that you live by because you see no other alternative.

Even though there is...

"Ask, and it shall be given you;
Seek, and ye shall find;
Knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
For every one that asketh receiveth;
And he that seeketh findeth;
And to him that knocketh it shall be opened."

~ Matthew 7:7-8

See All The People That Are Making Life Hard For You As Your Teachers

You might as well give them a positive meaning.

Because allowing them to get you worked up like they do will not improve a thing in your life.

Yes, even Tony Robbins has told you that pain is a motivating factor in our lives, and I'm telling you to use your pain to give the cause of the pain a new meaning.

In your journey in life you will find people that don't like you (go figure), and who are not afraid to express this disliking for you.

I propose that you see them as your teachers.

And their purpose in life is to continue to teach you lessons or skills you would need later in your life.

YOUR purpose is learn these hidden lessons within the antagonism, and once you do, these "teachers" of yours will stop teaching.

They won't bother you as much as they did.

Note that if the relationship is making you sick and tired, change you first.

And if it's STILL bad then you need to get out.

Because if you don't solve YOU first, chances are that you will carry your baggage into the next relationship, only to yet again blame your partner for your unhappiness...

I love you though *smiles*

Early morning tomorrow so I'm calling it a night - it's 10.05pm as I write this.

Sweet dreams.

Yours in gratitude,

Just 'Cause You Get It Faster Only Means There Is More For You To Respond To - The New Slaves of the New Millennium

Going over a Tim Ferris book I wrote for you here it hit me how unproductive Instant Messaging (IM) can be.

I'm not writing off its usefulness as I'm sure you've heard stories about how it can also be used to save lives.

What doesn't fly with me is how it takes precedents over everything we do, and if you and I keep this up, we might find ourselves at a place where we value our cyber connections more than we do our physical interactions with "real" ("I-see-you-I-can-touch-you" kinda real) people.

I wouldn't be surprise that there are people out there who cringe at the thought of having a verbal interaction with someone new, over the pleasure that comes to following strangers who barely even notice or chat to you on Twitter or Facebook.

I repeat, I am not gunning down technology. You can't take away the GROUND BREAKING breakthroughs that most of us in prosperous countries in the world have the luxury of enjoying.

And if you are amongst the successfulls out there who are excited by busy being busy, then crackberry away.

But if you want to be more effective and less efficient, a principle that Timothy Ferris will explain to you thoroughly in The 4 Hour Workweek that you can get from, then you will see that the 20% of the things you do count for 80% of the results you get.

Feel FREE to leave me a comment below telling me what YOU think.

I love you.

Thank you.

How You Can Work Smarter & Not Harder In 2012

Yesterday I was tickled by how it was ok for you to Fail Your Way Into Success

Today though I felt I had to let you in on how I was hit by a profound concept that I am certain will KNOCK YOUR SOCKS OFF too!

When I first read this I said to myself, "You've got to be kidding me??"

But as you read and study and begin to implement what Timothy Ferris writes in The 4 Hour Work Week, you too will become a believer.

"One can give the remote personal assistant in India their assignment when they are leaving work at the end of the day in New York City, and they will have the presentation ready the next morning.

"Because of the time difference with India, assistants can work on it while they are asleep and have it back in their morning.

"When they wake up, they will find the completed summary in their inbox.

"These assistants can also help them keep pace with what they want to read, for example."

"Fail Your Way Into Success"

Taking action on your goals is not an easy thing to do.

You will either fail at them or come across some sort of obstacle that stops you from reaching your goals.

I wouldn't blame you for giving up on your goals at this point, most of us do.

But going at your goals with this understanding, that you WILL fail at them and you WILL meet up with obstacles down the road, only then will you be able to SUCCEED at them.

There is no way you can go at something worth while with you not meeting up with a temporary failure(s) of some kind.

This is the universal truth that successful people know that the unsuccessful person doesn't. I want you to know this truth because I am rooting for your success ♥

There is no way you can go at something worth while with you not meeting up with a temporary failure(s) of some kind.

If it were that easy then you, me and every one else in the world would be able to achieve consistent and measurable success.

Knowing the above mentioned principle is enough to make you become successful in places where most give up and accept failure and defeat.

Failure is a trickster with a keen sense of irony and cunning. It takes great delight in tripping one when success is almost within reach.

Why I Pray That You Don't Have New Year's Resolutions This 2012

A friend asked me, "Do you have any New Year's resolutions?"

I wanted to puke.

But choose instead to reply and tell her that I don't have any. What I do have are goals.

And I plan on reaching these goals faster this year than the goals I achieved, thank you God, last year.

I don't believe in New Year resolutions because your "resolve" has no...resolve.

If that were the case, your resolutions would still be around or accomplished, and not forgotten, by month 6 or month 12.

New year resolutions are the "in thing" around this time of the year and most people fall for them because it would seem these people stand for nothing.

That is why they don't think twice on jumping on other people's bandwagon.

You need to stand for something.

You need to take charge and take action.

You need to feed your mind with the information and ideas that will make you a better person for your sake and for the sake of those you serve.

I love you.

And I wish that you can love yourself with as much care as I have for you.

Because once you begin to neglect the aimless direction you are headed in, you will fall victim to the will of the crowd.

A crowd that will be having you take new year resolutions instead of new year six to twelve month goals.

You do not end up in a successful place, a place you would rather want to be, by accident.

You need to make a conscious decision to take conscious action and adjust accordingly until you reach the destination YOU have set for yourself.

“If you don't design your own life plan, chances are you'll fall into someone else's plan. And guess what they have planned for you? Not much.” ~ Jim Rohn, author of The Day That Turns Your Life Around
