What Script Are You Playing Today & Does It Benefit You?

Feeling awful has its place.

The majority of us are not conscious enough yet to see the Truth behind the painful events in our lives for what they really are, so it's only natural for us to react to them with shock and horror, which sometimes crystallizes into pain.

So it is expected for you to make your body do the things that it does in reaction to these events. Which most of the time equal you feeling bad.

These "triggers" might involve you:

» clutching your teeth,

» breathing short breaths strictly through your nostrils,

» your head tilted on its side resting on your shoulders (for more examples you can scan over yesterday's blog entry),

whatever it is you are doing with your physical body that restricts you from feeling awesome, are your negative triggers that literally TRIGGER your body into a negative state.

What's incredible about this technology is that you also have triggers that trigger you into a POSITIVE feeling state!

To find out what they are and how you can use them for you to "Snap Out Of It:"

Number 1: talk to a friend or a mirror about something you are really passionate about, be it a movie, be it an outfit, be it your favorite restaurant, series, book, etc.

But do this from the state of feeling depressed.

Speak slowly and uninterested and softly, with your head down, etc.

Number 2: shake out of that state and move to the most excited, the most enthusiastic, the most passionate, the energized state you have ever been!!

Talking to your friend or mirror with so much zeal and ecstasy oozing through your pores like you are ready to EXPLODE just thinking about it!!!

Number 3: make a list of what your physical gestures where when you were in that AWESOME feeling state. These are your personal, unique, custom-fit triggers.

You can literally gesture the way you do when you are high on life and, no matter what "low-level" state you are in, you will literally power through into your super-charged powerful self!

The results speak for their selves, you can try it now:

» read aloud the last paragraph with your head down and to the side, and with your shoulders slouching.

» now read the same paragraph with your shoulders back, chin up with your head facing directly in front of you, and with a smile on your face.

Feeling sad is human, but when you have long periods of sadness, well, that is where the problem lies.

This is just one of the processes Tony "Birthday Boy" Robbins suggested we use via his 30 Day audio program Personal Power II: The Driving Force!

What to Do When You're Feeling Depressed...

...change your state.

What do you mean you ask.

This is a concept introduced to me by Tony Robbins through his audio program Personal Power II available to you via Amazon.

Tony Robbins reckons that how you carry yourself has a direct link to how you are feeling.

And when you change the positioning of your body, you some how also change the mood you are in.

Tony - you can follow him on @tonyrobbins - goes on to make examples of what he means, by asking you to describe how a person who is feeling depressed would look like to you.

Is their head looking up or down?

Is their shoulders open or slouching?

Is their voice projection excited and energized or slow and defeated?

Do they walk faster or seem to be dragging their feet?

Are they smiling or pouting?

Is their breathing full or shallow?

I'm sure you would know a depressed person the instant you see them because you would see how their "state" is.

It's not empowering.

So Mr Robbins suggests you:

#1. Remember a time when you where excited, in the flow, happy, laughing, joyful and just feeling phenomenal and,

#2. Write down what are the things you did when you where in that powerful state.

Where your eyes wider?

Did you talk faster?

Did you talk louder?

Did you use your hands a lot?

Did you use your body a lot?

Did you smile more?

These will are known as your triggers.

Everyone is different so what I do could be different from what YOU do when you where in that enriching state.

Once you know your triggers, you can then use them to change how you feel, by simply changing the state of your physiology.

That's why exercising is such a good thing for you if you're not feeling too awesome because when you exercise, you change what your body is doing. Therefore de-activating the triggers that put you in a depressing state.

It's when you FEEL better that you Do better.

I love you.

What You Need to Know When It Comes to Achieving What You Want...

"The starting point of all achievement is desire. Keep this constantly in mind. Weak desires bring weak results, just as a small fire makes a small amount of heat." ~ Napoleon Hill, author of Think And Grow Rich.

"If You Want It, You Can Have It, When You Get Out of The Way"

What you don't have right now, even though you would love to have, means you have a limiting belief that stops you from having it.

That means you will have to "clear" away that belief using the clearing techniques Dr. Joe Vitale writes about in this book called Zero Limits: The Secret Hawaiian System for Wealth, Health, Peace, and More.

Since what you believe actually creates your reality, your results are then seen as the physical manifestation of your unseen beliefs.

If you want something but you do not see it in your reality, then you have a belief that is blocking it from coming to you.

These beliefs are limiting you from experiencing the things that make you happy.

You thus need to unblock and clear these beliefs so that YOU can Be, Do, or Have the things YOU want!

That is why going to and getting yourself the Dr. Joe Vitale - See Official Joe Vitale Website » - paperback I mentioned for you above, would be the best move you would ever make - because IT WORKS!

When you work the principle the principle will work for you.

Even the teachings of Abraham of Esther and Jerry Hicks fame » « echo how you can never attract something that you are not in vibrational (emotional) harmony with.

So when you want to adopt a belief that goes "I now have such and such" but have a core inner belief that says "I am not worthy and deserving" then your inner belief cancels out the new belief you want to adopt.

It's safe to say that you are pushing away everything that you want, by your limiting beliefs you have grown to accept.

These blockers need you to commit to clearing them away in order for the path of good to be opened to you.

Everything you want is on the other side of your limiting belief.

All you need to do is to clear them away.

There are Clearing Techniques that will show you how and can be found in this book » Zero Limits: The Secret Hawaiian System for Wealth, Health, Peace, and More.

Thank you.

I love you.

~ Musawenkosi Tshoaele

PS: You owe it to yourself, and you family, not to find yourself in the same unhappy (or unsatisfied) position you are in now, 5 years from now.

Clearing takes commitment and practice from you for it to produce the changes you would like to FEEL in your life. The sooner your read and study "Zero Limits" the better for you and the promises you made for yourself this year.

Remember to Remember Your Spiritual Rituals

By spiritual rituals I'm talking about your success rituals.

The things you do, maybe even unconsciously, that allow you to achieve happiness. The things you do that allow you to achieve success.

You need to bring these almost unknown "success rituals" that keep you achieving happiness in your life to the forefront of your mind, so that you can keep repeating and activating them in order for you to speed up the process of you becoming successful at whatever it is you are doing.

I am talking about the things you do when you are in the flow and when you are most happiest!

Was your body "open" or "closed?"

Was your head looking down or straight ahead?

Where you breathing fully or shallow?

Was your back arched or straight?

Was your chest out or in?

Where your shoulders narrow or broad?

Where you frowning or smiling?

Did you open your eyes wide or where they "relaxed?"

Did you write your top ten goals down every morning?

Did you do your 10 minute affirmations?

Did you do your 20 minute meditations?

Did you watch this video?

Did you "spiritualize" your thoughts by reading the Bible or anything self developing?

Did you go to church?

Did you do your exercises?

Did you do the 20 percent of the tasks that make up 80 percent of the results you are getting?

How about the Eerie Technique?

You need to be more conscious of your spiritual rituals so that you can pull them out of your magic hat every time and anytime you what to be successful (or happy).

The more familiar they are to you, the easy it will be for you to tap into them.

Thank you.

I love you.

What School Never Taught that the Real World Will

You remember the thing school taught you about how failing was a bad thing?

How the teaches conditioned you to believe that failing was worthy of punishment?

How now you see failing as a painful event and your have taught your brain to "protect" you from anything associated with pain, which now also includes anything that you would like to do but happens to have the possiblity of failure in it?

Chances are that you won't even try doing something that you might fail in thanks to your schooling.

This is what will keep you from taking the risks that remove you from your limiting comfort zone, to a possible better environment.

But now since your schooling has programmed you to avoid taking those risks due to the possible humiliation of the possible failure that comes with risk-taking, you will feel stuck at something you feel obligated to be in.

That is one of the reasons I'm against the current syllabus of the schooling system.

It teaches you to have a set of thoughts that are conditioned to conform, because anything outside that circle of conformity is likely to be subject to some form of punishment.

School trains you to become a loyal follower (employee) instead of a seasoned leader (employer).

You are in someone else's pocket always complaining because you would be asking too much of yourself to start THINKING for yourself.

You would rather have someone else doing your thinking for you.

"Most people do not know how to THINK." ~ Earl Nightingale in Lead The Field

That is because you fail to understand that failing is a part of success.

No parent told their child to give up trying to walk every time they kept falling.

When you fell as you were learning to walk and got bruises every time you did, you never said:

» "Oh well it can't be done."

» "I give up."

» "I will never happen for me."

» "It's impossible." (See Les Brown Website

» "So and so won't let me to it."

» "I can't do it because this person is stopping me from doing it."

» "It's too cold/ sunny/ rainy/ windy/ cloudy today so I can't..."

» "I don't have the X,Y and Z I need for me to do it."

No, what you DID do was to be COMMITTED and DETERMINED to learn how to walk, No Matter What!

You were GOING to walk and there was no two ways about it.

If you were going to fall, so be it.

But you were going to learn how to work whether it was the last thing you did.

As clumsy as you were, you walked confidently in your clumsiness.

You bumped your head, you cried, but the next day you were doing your confident, clumsy walk again, ACTING AS IF, until you finally go it!

Until You were Successful!

It's no wonder the majority of the people in the world know how to walk.

They knew that failing (falling) was part of the process to succeeding.

You knew this too.

Until you went to school that is...

"Would you like me to give you a formula for success? It's quite simple, really. Double your rate of failure. You're thinking of failure as the enemy of success. But it isn't at all... You can be discouraged by failure - or you can learn from it. So go ahead and make mistakes. Make all you can. Because, remember that's where you'll find success. On the far side." ~ Thomas J. Watson, 1874-1956, Chairman of IBM

"Once You Begin To Persist In Your Assumption, It Will HARDEN Into Fact!!"

Do you remember the Neville Goddard story I told you about here?

What if I told you that four weeks later, all that I had suggested you do - using the technique presented on this post, came true for me?

As you can imagine I'm still shocked and in awe over how well imagination creates reality.

I could have sworn I "felt" that invisible force (call it what you like: God, the Ancestors, the Universe, Alla, the Tooth Fairy - what I KNOW is that It exists) was pushing and directing people and events to produce the end result I was imagining WITH "real-time" like vividness before falling to sleep.

You need it to be explained you here for you to get what I mean by "imagining WITH "real-time" like vividness before falling to sleep."

You Need to Put in the Work First Before You Can Get The Fire to Burn, It's Never Vice Versa

"Doing the same things you did when the economy was good is not good enough.

You will have to put more coals on the fire in a poor economy to get the same heat you received in a good economy.

You must give more energy, more thought, more service, and get into positive thinking material more frequently.

Become more selective about who you spend time with.

Love a little more, hate a little less.

You Attract More of What You Feel Than What You Think About...

"You will notice that those who speak most of prosperity, have it.

Those who speak most of health, have it.

Those who speak most of sickness, have it.

Those who speak most of poverty, have it.

It is Law.

It can be no other way... The way you feel is your point of attraction, and so, the Law of Attraction is most understood when you see yourself as a magnet getting more and more of the way you feel.

When you feel lonely, you attract more loneliness.

When you feel poor, you attract more poverty.

When you feel sick, you attract more sickness.

When you feel unhappy, you attract more unhappiness.

When you feel healthy and vital and alive and prosperous—you attract more of all of those things."

Ritual: Why You Should Read The Bible for 20 Minutes Every Morning

Something happens to you, close to what I would call "the feeding of your soul," when you read The Bible and then write up notes of your interpretation of what you have read. In your words and from your understanding.

You become energized!

You feel a sense of purpose and fulfillment.

You feel good and chances are that you will attract good things to yourself.

Whether it is the combination of your reading and your writing, but whatever it is you place yourself in a higher vibrational state.

It is when you are "high" on spiritual ideas and teachings that you are your True Self.

And this will be marked by you feeling good.

My plea to you this lifetime and the next is for you to do more of the things that make you feel good.

Love you always,

The Hidden Power of Your Daily Rituals that You Take for Granted

I was just thinking about the effects your daily rituals have on you.

How your programmed, morning rituals lead to your afternoon rituals and then cometh your evening rituals.

And how your rituals, being the things you repeatedly do, at specific times of your day, sometimes without noticing, at the end of your day affect how productive you where that day.

And how, as you continue to do them, also eventually affect how productive or effective your life is.

Since one ritual compounds on top of another, next thing you know you are at a place you dislike due to you neglecting to manage your daily rituals.

What do you do first thing in the morning?

What do you do and think as your morning leads you to the afternoon?

What do you do and say and think as your day progress?

Are the things that you say to yourself, and others, constructive or destructive?

How do you play out the rest of your day?

Are the things that you do going to make you a happier person in the long run or are you going to find yourself in the same you are in right now five years from now?

You should never take your daily rituals for granted.

Challenge yourself to comment to adopting new ones that will benefit your life so that you don't put yourself at a disadvantage.

I love you,

~ Musawenkosi Tshoaele

Things You Need to Know for You to Become a Top Goal Achiever!

You first and foremost need to come to terms with the fact that if your goal is big enough, you will encounter what most call failure. But you need this "failure" because it is your feedback mechanism that, if well interpreted, will send you off in the direction that will lead you to your goal.

Success, as you might have noticed, is never assured, that is why most people never achieve the success they want in life.

What I mean by this is that it is a challenge to succeed (consistently any way) in all areas of your life.

You will never become successful unless you first understand that there is a possibility that you might be overtaken by supposed failure, as you strive for your goals.

If that is the case for you, then realize that this defeat or failure is only temporary.

I loved the line used in some cartoon I was watching by this General, who happened to have been defeated by the opposing army, when he said how that particular defeat would lead to many future victories.

It is that kind of mindset I pray that you successfully imprint in your mind after reading this article.

Why do you think so my people are contempt with being unsatisfied with living an average life, barely managing to meet life's demands?

Yeah, you will hear them complain and whine about their lot, but as to taking the necessary steps forward in the direction of what they want to achieve for themselves and their loved ones in their life, I'm afraid you would be asking too much from them.

You will never see most of them even lift a finger to improve themselves first, so that their lives can improve.

Yes, the first point of an improved life begins with you, only then would you act in accordance to your new, improved perception of life.

And you never know, maybe these people DID have a go at their goals but ran into a dead-end which derailed them - killing off their momentum.

It's just that they never saw this temporary defeat as just one way that will NOT get them to their destination, and never got back on track on working on another possible way to become successful.

As a successful individual who has taken the steps to writing down their goals and has also avoided broadcasting your intentions to the "wrong" people, you now are ready to hear the next "hidden secret" that successful people know that most don't.
That being if your goal is big enough you will come across some form of temporary failure or temporary defeat.

I know this doesn't sound wonderfully motivational but think about it this way, when you know beforehand that you will come across certain obstacles on the road you are about to take, wouldn't you be better prepared for it than if you didn't know?

That is what most of the people out there don't know, only to give up when they get to this "success obstacle" I am telling you about, not realizing that they are just three feet away from reaching their chief objective.

Your goals are meant to test you.

So when people throw their hands up in despair after meeting with some temporary defeat, and come to the conclusion that they will never be healthy, never find love, or never be financially independent, it's not surprising then to see so many people "just getting by."

It's because they don't know what I have just told you. To expect temporary obstacles blocking your way to success and to therefore be prepared for them emotionally and mentally, so that it doesn't come as a surprise to you.

You now know, even before you being, that you will encounter what most will see as failure, but you now know that you should begin to see this supposed failure as a sign that you are getting closer to your goal.

So close you can smell it!

So close you can feel it!

So close you can hear it!

So close you can touch!

So close you can taste it!

So close you can see it!

So when you begin to "fail your way into success" then you will begin to develop the mindset it takes for you to succeed in any endeavor.

"What you get by reaching your destination is not nearly as important as what you will become by reaching your destination."

And since now you know that you might encounter these failures, you are now better prepared than those who become surprised when they come across these "success alerts."

"Fortune favors the prepared mind."

You might not know exactly what failure you might come across, but you NOW know that if some form of it where to come, you are now better informed about this possibility, which can be tackled by your persistence, your creative use of your imagination, your positive & motivating associations, and your ability to go back to your written plans so that you can tweak them and come up with new alternative ways to achieve you goals.

If you "fail" at reaching your goal, you have to understand that your goal is still there, as in it hasn't moved from where it was before you began taking the steps towards reaching it.

It's like driving from Soweto to Pretoria only to find that the freeway you are traveling on is blocked due to road works. You don't then say that reaching Pretoria is impossible and give up on getting there.

You will find other ways of getting there and you will persist in your forward momentum until you finally reach your destination.

Same goes for your goals.

What is important is for YOU to FIND your way towards reaching your goal.

You have to (and you will) find a way around, through, over or under your temporary failure in order for you to eventually succeed.

"Success if the progressive realization of a worthy ideal."

So redefine your plans, talk to the right people about finding alternative ways of reaching your goal.

And persist in the face of your temporary defeat.

Promise yourself to never give up and that alone has the power to make you one of the top goal achievers in your field.

Thank you.

I love you.

Why You Need to Be on Purpose If Your Goal is to Achieve Lasting Happiness

You remember that scientist from The Secret mentioning how we are now entering the Psychozoic Age - the age of the mind?

And how man not only becomes what he thinks about the most, but also attracts what he thinks about the most?

I think that's a pretty neat concept don't you?
It had me thinking...

So like if you allow thoughts of worry and concern in your mind, you then also attract to yourself more opportunities & things for you to worry and be concerned about.

This principle will also work for you when you flip it over.

If you allow thoughts of hope and faith in your mind, you then also attract to yourself more opportunities & things to you in accordance to your hope and your faith.

Faith equals the ability for you to believe in the unseen.

I've come to see that your faith and your vision play hand in hand.

Vision equals visualizing an ideal you see yourself in before it has been realized - the things you want to see yourself becoming, doing and having.

When you have a clear vision of the person you want to be seen as, your chances of becoming that person increase.

The level of your success increases when you are on purpose.

When you make it your intent to be, do, have the things YOU see in your mind's eye, with you making plans that you will take action on to getting the things you want for yourself, chances are high that you will get the things you want in your life.

Just thought I should share the thought with you.

Have an amazing week ahead!!

You Gotta Make It Work FOR You!

Jack Canfield said you need to adopt the thinking that the universe is conspiring FOR you.

So all the difficulties and frustration and hiccups you come across are actually ways the universe is nudging you in the direction, and circumstances, that will lead you to the things you have written on your goal list.

So embrace it all, because the things that are happening now in your life are leading you to the opportunity that is the gateway to your success.

But don't just sit and endure. Ask yourself what massive action should you take in order to make things right for you.

When you receive the answer, you need to Take That Action!

Successfully yours,

What You Think About, Truly THINK About, You Will Bring About

”Whatever the mind of man can conceive, and believe, it can achieve.” ~ W. Clement Stone

As hard, or as easy, as it might be for you to believe, it happened, for the most part, exactly as I had imagined it in my mind.

The way you can dream your way to sleep using vivid, “real-time” like sensory imagination of your desired outcome, only to have it happen unfold for you so casually, is something that borders on magic!

You can create an outcome of your choosing even before it even happens in real life.

The mental video you will play in your mind as you day dream with intent, will be replayed in your physical world too.

But this goes beyond your ability to visualize.

This is you opening your senses up to your ability to see, touch, hear, smell, and taste things in your imagination as if you are actually experiencing that imagined occurrence N.O.W.

As in creating a world you in mind over and over again that you believe with such realistic intensity, that you eventually have a hard time distinguishing whether you are “living” it or just imagining it, and then allowing yourself to drift into sleep at the peak of your “tangible” imagining.

You need to read this previous post for this process of creation I am inviting you to experience because it is such a wonderful experience, and I would be doing an injustice by not sharing it with you.

I love you,

Better Management of Your Rituals Will Improve Your Life Experiences

“Sow a thought, and you reap an act; Sow an act, and
you reap a habit; Sow a habit, and you reap a character; Sow a
character, and you reap a destiny”
~ Charles Reade

Take note of your daily rituals.

Those things you do, without fail, every day out of habit.

Identify what are the ones that aren't good for you and replace them with new rituals that will benefit you.

Like learning anything new this will take some commitment from you.

But once you get your head around better managing your ritual to work for you and not against you, you are more likely to find yourself in circumstances that are better than the ones you are in now.

Have a Better Ritual week ahead!

Thank you,

You Should Never Be Fooled Into Thinking There Is Only One Way That You Can Achieve Your Objective

You choke out your ability to succeed if you only focus on ONLY one possible way that you believe would make you successful.

This is me telling you to NEVER believe mainstream thinking ESPECIALLY if they are telling you things that go against you reaching the goals you have set for yourself.

When you really put your mind to it, like REALLY put your mind to it, you can literally create a new way that will get you to your destination.

The key element though is for you to KNOW what you want FIRST.

People with goals succeed because they know where they are going.

Do you?
