I was just thinking about the effects your daily rituals have on you.
How your programmed, morning rituals lead to your afternoon rituals and then cometh your evening rituals.
And how your rituals, being the things you repeatedly do, at specific times of your day, sometimes without noticing, at the end of your day affect how productive you where that day.
And how, as you continue to do them, also eventually affect how productive or effective your life is.
Since one ritual compounds on top of another, next thing you know you are at a place you dislike due to you neglecting to manage your daily rituals.
What do you do first thing in the morning?
What do you do and think as your morning leads you to the afternoon?
What do you do and say and think as your day progress?
Are the things that you say to yourself, and others, constructive or destructive?
How do you play out the rest of your day?
Are the things that you do going to make you a happier person in the long run or are you going to find yourself in the same you are in right now five years from now?
You should never take your daily rituals for granted.
Challenge yourself to comment to adopting new ones that will benefit your life so that you don't put yourself at a disadvantage.
