When you push against the things you don't want, you tend to get more of them.
As you are saying "No, I don't want this" you are actually calling it towards you.
So the trick is to stop pushing against what you don't want and focus your attention on what you do want.
When you do that you alter your emotional vibration so that it can be in alignment with what you want.
And now that you are vibrating in the same vibration with the things you do want, due to the law of vibration, you will attract the opportunities that allow you to achieve your goals.
Like vibration attracts like vibration.
So your work is to find reasons and processes that allow you to feel good and feel like you are receiving what you want for yourself, and you will then be working towards achieving with ease instead of achieving by struggling.
