Your Limiting Beliefs
Successful people have 24 hours in a day.
Unsuccessful people, funny enough, also have 24 hours in a day.
You could say the difference in the quality of results they get is in how they use these hours on a daily basis.
For example, how many hours do you dedicate to your self improvement on a daily basis?
You answer that question and you can immediately gauge the quality of your results, which in turn will tell you whether you're a successful or unsuccessful person.
We get what we think
So if you are getting successful results, it is safe to say that you are thinking successful thoughts, that will obviously influence the kind of actions you take...which then give you the successful results in your life.
If you are getting unsuccessful results, it is safe to say that you are thinking unsuccessful thoughts, that will unfortunately influence the kind of actions you take...which then give you the unsuccessful results in your life.
Your (unconscious) beliefs create your reality
Most people think that believing something at a conscious level and then taking action, will give them the results they want.
If it wasn't for your limiting beliefs, then sure that would be the case.
Thought plus Word plus Deed/Action produces results.
(Successful) Thinking, (Successful) Words, (Successful) Actions equals (Successful) Results.
(UnSuccessful) Thinking, (UnSuccessful) Words, (UnSuccessful) Actions equals (UnSuccessful) Results.
Your alignment is the key.
Limiting beliefs are those beliefs that get you to not follow through on your plans for your goals.
You remember that cartoon with the grey coyote and how, no matter how hard he tried to catch the blue and yellow roadster - that went *beep beep* before dashing off - something came up or backfired to prevent him from succeeding?
These are his mental (unconscious) limiting beliefs taking human form.
The same could said for you if you're not at the level of success you want.
Thoughts are things
Your thoughts find a way to become physical things, and they do this via the conscious (but more importantly the unconscious) actions you take.
You change the belief, you change the action & you therefore change your circumstances
