Consistency of Thought and Action Rewards

There are certain thoughts you have and actions you take that dominate your day.

You've fine tuned them to a point where you find yourself thinking these thoughts and doing these actions almost automatically.

You could say, for the most part, You are on Autopilot.

These repetitive thoughts and actions produce the life you are currently experiencing.

That means when you look around at your current state of affairs (your bank account balance, your physical health, the quality of your relationships) and you want to change them, then you would need to change your thoughts and your actions first.

Your current life circumstances are the result of your past thoughts and actions.
