I was just thinking about you and I was wondering...

It's the middle of the year.

And all I want to know is if whether you are happy.

Nothing outside of yourself has to necessarily fall into place for you to be happy.

It begins with you, now.

You have the power.

You can start by smiling ^_^

Taking a deep breath and then exhale slowly.

But keep smiling.

You've always pulled through.

You've always found a way.

Take it one day at a time.

But work on your thinking first.

Feel better than you are feeling now.

It helps if you start showing appreciation for the stuff around you.

But keep smiling.

You might not know how, but things will work out for you in the end.

Just remember to sleep with a smile, and in the morning mentally note the things you feel appreciation for as you wake up so you can wake up with a smile.

Your #1 goal is to feel good.

Hope.

Relief.

Gratitude.

Appreciation.

Salvation.

Motivation.

Inspiration.

Joy.

Love.

Fun.

Happiness.

Excitement.

Enthusiasm.

Contentment.

Relaxation.

Satisfaction.

Whatever it is, make sure your day is full of it.

Your physical results are only temporary when you decide to dominate your days with good feeling thoughts.

You take yourself wherever you go.

Your actions mean nothing if how you are thinking about what you are thinking about doesn't feel good.

Monitor how you think.

Focus on what you do want.

Daydream a little.

Be compelled to action by your <b>in</b>spiration.

It really is an inside job - of love.
