So What Do YOU Do To Keep Yourself Motivated?

Motivation is a vital factor when you wanting to live an improved life for yourself.

Be them in the form of an audio you listen to every day or a book that gives you processes for you to take action steps on, motivation is something that everyone needs daily.

Actually you ARE motivated, it’s just that sometimes you need the “right” motivation.

You are motivated to skip your daily meditation.

You are motivated to skip your daily exercises.

You are motivated to watch your favourite TV show.

You are motivated to keep tabs on the news.

You are motivated to NOT take that course that will improve your skills.

You are motivated to eat junk food every chance you get.

You are motivated to go to that job you don’t like - if not, then why go? Yes my friend, you ARE motivated.

You are motivated to NOT apply for the job that you DO want.

You are motivated by a whole lot of things.

It’s the “right” motivation you need that will get you taking inspired action, that produce inspirational results – just like that other time you where in the flow..do you still remember that time?

Do you remember what you were doing?

Suggest you do that more often...in fact it would be in your interest to do research on how you could earn a living doing what makes you feel good.
