You Believe at a Conscious Level that You Want Something, but if You Don't Believe It at a Subconscious Level then You Will Never Get It...

By silencing your mind through meditation you also disarm your limiting beliefs.

Your Limiting Beliefs

Successful people have 24 hours in a day.

Unsuccessful people, funny enough, also have 24 hours in a day.

You could say the difference in the quality of results they get is in how they use these hours on a daily basis.

For example, how many hours do you dedicate to your self improvement on a daily basis?

You answer that question and you can immediately gauge the quality of your results, which in turn will tell you whether you're a successful or unsuccessful person.

We get what we think

So if you are getting successful results, it is safe to say that you are thinking successful thoughts, that will obviously influence the kind of actions you take...which then give you the successful results in your life.

If you are getting unsuccessful results, it is safe to say that you are thinking unsuccessful thoughts, that will unfortunately influence the kind of actions you take...which then give you the unsuccessful results in your life.

Your (unconscious) beliefs create your reality

Most people think that believing something at a conscious level and then taking action, will give them the results they want.

If it wasn't for your limiting beliefs, then sure that would be the case.

Thought plus Word plus Deed/Action produces results.

(Successful) Thinking, (Successful) Words, (Successful) Actions equals (Successful) Results.

(UnSuccessful) Thinking, (UnSuccessful) Words, (UnSuccessful) Actions equals (UnSuccessful) Results.

Your alignment is the key.

Limiting beliefs are those beliefs that get you to not follow through on your plans for your goals.

You remember that cartoon with the grey coyote and how, no matter how hard he tried to catch the blue and yellow roadster - that went *beep beep* before dashing off - something came up or backfired to prevent him from succeeding?

These are his mental (unconscious) limiting beliefs taking human form.

The same could said for you if you're not at the level of success you want.

Thoughts are things

Your thoughts find a way to become physical things, and they do this via the conscious (but more importantly the unconscious) actions you take.

You change the belief, you change the action & you therefore change your circumstances

How Do You Change Your Unconscious Beliefs?

Well then wouldn't that make for an interesting blog post?

I love you.

Thank you.

"It Couldn't Be Done" by Edgar Guest

"Somebody said that it couldn’t be done,
But, he with a chuckle replied
That "maybe it couldn’t," but he would be
Who wouldn’t say so till he’d tried.
So he buckled right in with the trace of a grin
On his face. If he worried he hid it.
He started to sing as he tackled the thing
That couldn’t be done, and he did it.

Somebody scoffed: "Oh, you’ll never do that;
At least no one has done it";
But he took off his coat and he took off his hat,
And the first thing we knew he’d begun it.
With a lift of his chin and a bit of a grin,
Without any doubting or quiddit,
He started to sing as he tackled the thing
That couldn’t be done, and he did it.

There are thousands to tell you it cannot be done,
There are thousands to prophesy failure;
There are thousands to point out to you one by one,
The dangers that wait to assail you.
But just buckle it in with a bit of a grin,
Just take off your coat and go to it;
Just start to sing as you tackle the thing
That "couldn’t be done," and you’ll do it."

The fastest way of BEING positive is to do NOTHING...

"Negative thoughts drain you of energy and keep you from being in the present moment."...continue reading

I'm busy chuckling to myself as I realize that one of the best ways to think positive thoughts is to think of no thoughts at all.

If you cannot reach a positive, higher vibration, then learn how to still your mind, and you will increase your (emotional) vibration automatically.

At times trying to think positive thoughts, so you could feel better, sometimes creates some resistance within you.

It's like immediately shifting gears from 5th gear to 1st while driving.

Which can be possible for you especially if you know how to change your state.

The other way of changing your mood that I was leading to with this blog, was the practice of quieting your mind by focusing on your breathing.

You practice this process long enough and the benefits would be self evident for you.

It is well worth the practice and if you're interested for tips of how you can achieve this state, go to

In fact I'm going to get on it as soon as my done editing today's post.

I love you.

Thank you.

PS: Apart from "Ask & It is Given" by Esther Hicks, another book you can check out that has some wonderful tips on how to, and more importantly WHY TO, meditate is a book by Neale Donald Walsch, of the "Conversations with God" fame.

It's a book about change and how best you can manage change which, funny enough, is titled »

How You Could Be Worshiping the Devil Without Knowing It...

There is only one God, Love.

When you give your allegiance to anything other than Love, then you are worshiping the gods that Fear (the devil) sponsors.

They are known as gods because they too, like Divine Providence, will answer your prayers (your dominate thoughts) to the degree of your faith.

Faith is a thought you think over and over again.

So what you fear over and over again, just like Job of The Bible, will come to pass.

Same goes for what you are in love with over and over again, it too will come to pass, much like the wisdom of King Solomon.

Take care to guard against errors in your thinking because you might be worshiping the devil.

In my opinion, I suggest you source out ways to outwit the devil..

Go see how by clicking on the image below:

I love you.

Thank you.

Change Your Beliefs & You Change Your Results

There is nothing that scares me more than seeing a woman behind the wheel when I glance at my rear view mirror.

I've come to witness that women, some of them, tend to generally be impatient (speeding) and moody (road raging) drivers.

They are also known of being masters in multitasking (like fixing their hair, reaching for some file in the back seat, changing the radio station, adjusting the side mirror, putting on mascara, changing their footwear all while driving in their sleep).

Just kidding.

Truth be told women drive with caution.

They drive with such caution that chauvinistic smart asses honk in irritation at them, as if valuing ones life is a stupid thing to do.

People have different beliefs hey?

But it should be expected because we were raised differently.

We even had different experiences during our lives.

Even if we did have the same event, because we saw it in our own ways, the experience ends up being different for the both of us.

The problems come when we impose our beliefs on other people.

We arrogantly believe that the way we think and how we think is superior than someone else's beliefs.

I think is more than a lack of compassion, it's a lack of apathy.

A friend of mine said it best when she said we are all connected.

You know, like doing unto others what you would want them to do unto you.

I guess you could say we are selfish in way.

It's this "it's my way or the highway" type of thinking that's gotten us butting heads.

Expecting to receive first and then only do we give.

This type of thinking is in violation to the law of giving and receiving.

You need to put in the wood first then you will get the fire.

Give, only then will you receive. You might not receive from the person you gave to, but you will receive from somewhere.

It is law.

Job 3:25 "For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me."

What you are feeling most of time you are also giving.

And what you give, you will always receive.

Feel fear, and something that matches the fear you are feeling will come to you.

Fee love, and something that matches the love you are feeling will come to you.

The law of giving and receiving aka the law of cause and effect aka the law of karma aka the law of attraction.

So everything that is happening in your life is happening for a reason. And that reason is YOU.

Do what you can to train yourself into being in a happier place as often as you can.

The processes mentioned in "Ask & It is Given" might come handy for you.

So always think the best of yourself and the people around... even moody, impatient women behind the wheel on your rear view mirror.

Thank you.

I love you.

How to Meditate

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

Before we engage on "how to" I feel we need to explore "why to" first.

I mean, why the heck would you wanna meditate?

The Benefits of Meditation

Daily Meditation is recommended if you suffer from the following:

    1. anxiety

    1. insomnia

    1. stress

    1. forgetfulness

    1. hyperactivity

    1. physical pain

    1. fatigue

    1. emotional conflict

    1. depression

    1. spiritual drainage

    1. emotional exhaustion

    1. lack of compassion

    1. lack of self awareness

    1. failure in life - this is where "clearing" techniques like The Sedona Method & those explained in detail in works like "Zero Limits" come into play

  • To find out more of the Benefits of Meditation you can go click on this link here.

Now that you know "Why To," now it's time for "How To."

    I'm sorry.

    Please forgive me.

    Thank you.

    I love you.

    How to Meditate

Sit comfortably in a quiet room.

    Wear comfortable clothes.

    Close your eyes.

And for 10 minutes be physically still and focus on your breathing.

A friend of mine suggested you focus on your nostrils, do whatever works for you.

Thoughts will come to you but don't fight them off.

Release them (as in don't give them much thought, pun intended) and return your focus on your breathing.

Over time your thoughts will cease and it will be easier to focus on your breathing and enjoy meditating.

Over time you will also stop yourself from moving around while meditating.

Give yourself a 30 day try out.

There is no RIGHT way of meditating.

You would need to re-apply this practice daily until you truly experience the awesome & humbling benefits of meditation.

Remember not to fall into the trap of over complicating things that are simple.

Allow yourself to accept it as it is, and APPLY this meditation process daily into your life.

    I'm sorry.

    Please forgive me.

    Thank you.

    I love you.

My psychologist girlfriend informed me that the words - I'm sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you - are the hardest words to say for the majority of people.

    I found that very intriguing.

But why are you including them in this blog, you might be wondering.

What are their significance, you ask?

    I'm sorry.

    Please forgive me.

    Thank you.

Just Finished My 20 Minute Bible Studying...

Apart from my 10 minute daily meditation, I also take part in a 20 minute Bible study so to, as Dr. Stephen R. Covey puts it, "spiritualize" my thoughts.

It's part of my daily rituals.

And what I've gathered from The Book so far is that when you take away the God factor in your life, things turn to take a turn for the worse.

Without God, you will eventually find yourself being in what successful people call "being out of the flow," an experience that could be likened to swimming against the tide.

You do not necessarily have to term this Higher Power of Good as God, but believing in One WILL make life easier for you.

And believing that this Supreme Being can make things better for you is a surefire way of getting back on track!

The New Testament seems to be painting God as a chauvinistic, vengeful, blood lusting, war loving, self centered, dominating being that is easily pissed off, and wouldn't think twice of sending His angels to kill you if you were to even think of breaking one of the Ten Commandments.

How am I suppose to love you when religion tells me I must fear* you?

A being that is to be feared and speaks only to the chosen among us.

But take that away and you being to see the real teachings hidden between the lines of The Bible.

That is why I said I was studying it (notes and all) and not just merely reading it so to quickly get to the end.

If you dust away the cobwebs and get to the things that you can use when absorbing The Bible, throwing away the other stuff you see a junk, then that is where your true learning will begin.

"God" is a personal experience that I can't verbally express in words for you to understand fully.

The true meaning would be lost in my words.

I then attempt to write these "imperfect" words for you to understand, and re-edit them through the ages, and out comes what the world accepts as The Bible - as if it is an authority of the Word of God.

Was it not the prophet of the Lord (the Law) Elijah who discovered that God was not in the furious wind, nor in the earthquake or even the fire BUT in the still, small voice within? (1 Kings 19:11-12)

    I love you,

Why Personal Development Is a Lifetime Commitment

It's your belief system that has you producing the results you are getting in your life.

So no matter what you do externally, in the form of the actions you take to improve your circumstances, if you have a belief system that says it's impossible for you to achieve, then you will continue to struggle your way to success.

It's like driving with the hand brake on.

You need to realize that it took you your whole life to develop the beliefs you have right now, so expecting them to change overnight is a tall order that sometimes won't happen for you.

What I propose you do, so to achieve better results for you, is to get into the habit of conditioning your mind daily on the thoughts and ideas (beliefs) that you would rather like to see yourself producing.

What you put in, is what you get out.

For example, you would need to get into the habit of associating yourself more often with the people you would like to see yourself becoming, than those that seem to drain your energy with their negativity.

"You become the average of the top five people you associate (social media included) with.

This is why I recommend you read articles, books or biographies of the people you admire and aspire to become.

You do this often enough and their swagger will rub off on you, because you will start thinking as they do.

As ye think so shall ye become.

So be wary of what you put into your mind (what you expose yourself to on a continuous basis), because it will eventually come to pass.

    I love you,

You should never take life too serious...

The interviewer asks, "What are your greatest achievement to date?"

And in my mind I replied, "Well I have an inspiring Facebook page I updated regularly."

"I have over 1000 followers on Twitter."

"I've downloaded a book by Dr. Joe Vitale about How to Attract Money, and it's for FREE!"

"Pat O'Bryan has told me about ways I can Make Money Anywhere."

"I am a personal development blogger."

"And I always put the toilet seat down when I'm done taking a pee."

"And oh, I love reading about why having one source of income, like in the case of a job, is backward thinking in this day an age."

That would have surely went well for sure! Lol!

5 Reasons Why I'm In Love With Inspirational Stories

Reasons #1. They remind me that, like Les Brown puts it, It's Possible!.

No matter your current circumstances or background, no matter your race, gender or nationality It's Possible for you to achieve anything, if you want it bad enough.

Reasons #2. If he made it, even though he had less going for him that I do now, then so can I.

I always thought you had to have superhuman powers to do the things I saw or heard being done by the successful people I admired.

    But there was no such.

They are human, just like you or me, they bleed like you and I do, and they even go to the loo to do the number two even, they even get sad at times also.

They are the average guy or girl on the street. Which leads me to Reason #3...

Reasons #3. Just because I'm ordinary doesn't mean I can't do the extraordinary.

Through the studying self development material I've found that the majority of the greatest minds in the world, didn't have a lot going for them in the beginning.

    Just a dream.

And with that seed they become the "great" people we now see them to be.

It's funny how the masses celebrate success but shun away from the process.

Reasons #4. The process is there for your growth.

People don't like to work for what they want.

We want great rewards for little or no effort.

This instant gratification generation will become poorer, not only in financial terms, in the years to come until we return to the fundamentals of all success.

The law of sowing and reaping.

What you sow you will reap.

If you continue sowing, be it for a month or a couple of months or even years even, what you sow you WILL reap.

    You sow bad.

    You will reap bad.

    You sow good.

    You will reap good.

    You sow nothing.

    You will reap nothing.

    It is law.

Reasons #5. They keep me motivated.

I was telling this BBM contact of mine that it's all about perception.

Yes there ARE bad things happening in the world.

With the media making it it's primary objective to profit out of the fear they publish in their newspapers and broadcast via their radios and TV, you sure as hell won't miss it.

That's because we are too lazy to take charge of our thinking and what we put in to it.

We take what has been fed to us via the movies and programmes we watch as truth, and we then walk around the world with negative lenses, pointing out how bad things are, when in truth it is neither bad nor good. It just is.

We need to make the story we tell ourselves about life work FOR us and not AGAINST us.

You are a stronger person if you go for the former.

Reading stories that inspire keeps me focused on the good of it all ~ the God of it all.

    The positive aspects.

How I perceive something will become my reality.

Since the decision I take from how I perceive something will shape the direction of my life.

Is this the end or the beginning?

Is God punishing me or rewarding me?

Will I act from fear or will I act from love?

When you surround yourself with love, instead of fear, then all you see is love.

So be in love with it all.

Cherish the journey more than your destination.

Think of your goal and tell yourself every day that It's Possible!

Source out reasons WHY you should go on.

Remind yourself to always see yourself as extraordinary!

Understand that there is a time for sowing and there WILL come a time for YOUR reaping!

And make it you aim to read something inspirational, listen to something inspirational, do something inspiring or be with someone inspiring (yourself included) every day.

    The Universe rewards action.

    I love you.

What you focus on expands. Funny, since what you resists also seems to persist...#JustSaying

    Abraham-Hicks™ on Facebook wrote:

"The Universe does not know whether the vibration that you're offering is because of something you're observing or something you're remembering or something that you are imagining. It just receives the vibration and answers it with things that match it."

Which happens to be another way of changing your emotional state.

    Why would you wanna?

We have been taught to spend more time playing our miserable rituals than we are encouraged to play our passionate rituals.

Both rituals produce their equivalent results.

But think about it, were the results you were producing when you were miserable better than the ones you where shooting out when you were feeling awesome?

    I don't think so.

    What you focus on expands.

♋ So surround yourself with empowering email subscriptions,

Change how you feel by changing how you move your physical body...

    "Emotion is created by motion."
~ Anthony Robbins, author of "Unlimited Power"

    Action Exercise

#1. Ask yourself what you do with your body when you are bored and tired.

Remember what I told you in the previous blog about how you are uniquely different from me, so what I do with my body could be a different ritual from what you do.

The best way to pick out what your bored and tired triggers are is to BE in that state via talking to yourself in front of a mirror or be it with a helpful friend.

So remember a time when you where tired and bored, and talk to yourself or a buddy (about something you were really passionate about) while in that uninterested state, for about 5 minutes tops.

#2. When you are done, write down what you did with your body when you were in that negative state.

What did you do with your body, as in the position of your chin, the angle of your body and your shoulders, the pace and tone you were speaking in, and other physical gestures you might have noticed.

This is where my list could be different from yours.

#3. Now get out of your negative state and now think of a time when you felt AWESOME! When you felt on top of your game, when you were amped!!

Hold that state of being excited and talk to yourself or your mate for the next 5 minutes about something that you are really fascinated about, in that powerful, empowering state.

#4. Just like you did earlier now write down what you did with your body, while you were in that enthusiastic state.

    Where you leaning forward?

What did you do with your hand gestures?

Was your back straight this time around?

Make a note of it, and other things you might have picked up during this exercise.

    And there you go...

Now you have a recipe to use for when you want to get into powerful, positive state in order for you to behave differently.

Because it is from positive behaviors that you produce positive results.

I need you to buy and invest in Anthony Robbin's "Unlimited Power" to get hold of other success tips that you can use NOW to get RESULTS in your life!

“If you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always gotten.”

    Thank you.

    Thursday, April 5, 2012

What if I told you that you could change your mood INSTANTLY by adjusting your body positioning in a certain way?

The positioning of your body determines the emotional state you are in.

When you're bored, your body is in a certain position that triggers boredom.

When you're feeling excited, your body is in a certain position that triggers your excitement.

So whatever it is you are feeling right now, you are in the state that produces that emotion.

And have you notice how the way you feel also determines the quality of your results? For example when you're frustrated, as in playing your frustrated ritual, your will produce poor results.

And have you seen when you are in a successful state - when you're playing a successful ritual - then you produce successful results.

    It's all about your physiology.

That's why Norman Vincent Peale in the book "The Power of Positive Thinking" suggested we go do some physical labour when we are experiencing heartache. Because chopping wood or mopping the floor requires a different physiology than slouching, shallow breathing, tilted head, eye gaze to the ground, lips frowning...negative body triggers which are associated with being sad or feeling depressed

It's important that you know YOUR personal triggers because they aren't universal.

What I do with my body to get myself motivated and excited could be different from what you do to yourself to achieve the same results.

I'm going to follow up with a blog update that gives you tips on how you can go about identifying what turns you on or off.

I leave you with this cleansing prayer from a Dr. Joe Vitale book "Zero Limits":

    I'm sorry.

    Please forgive me.

    Thank you.

    I love you.

"...And I challenge you to do that because you can change. If you don't like how something is going for you, change it. If something isn't enough, change it. If something doesn't suit you; change it. If something doesn't please you, change it. You don't ever have to be the same after today. If you don't like your present address, change it—you're not a tree!" ~ Jim Rohn
