Why a Positive Obsession is Good for You

You are always creating.

You are always attracting.

You are either conscious of this ability or unconscious of it.

Another thing to be aware of is that at your core you are energy.

E = MC2

And the laws that govern energy state that like energy attracts like energy, based on the vibration both energies are emitting.

Yes, one of the characteristics of energy is that it vibrates.

So the purpose of the Law of Attraction is to match like energy with like energy.

So since you are energy you are constantly sending out vibrations.

They can be called “vibes” for short.

As mentioned earlier these vibes you send do not have an off button, you are forever sending out vibes non-stop.

You have probably even sensed these vibes on someone too, pulling you closer or repelling you away from them.

The Law of Attraction states that, that which is likened unto oneself will be matched.

Call them fear-sponsored vibes - scarcity paradigm.

Call them love-sponsored vibes - abundance paradigm.

But which ever paradigm you are vibrating, that vibration is being matched by Law of Attraction.

You experience this matching in the form of the results you are getting, i.e. the people, the circumstances, the events and things you encounter (attract) in your life.

Conscious attraction (10% attraction power) & unconscious attraction (90% attraction power) make up your life experiences.

What needs to happen is that you need to be obsessed with something you would like to see manifested in your life.

As in #1. Look at what you don't want, THEN #2. Identify what you DO want.

That is your focus.

That is your Chief Aim (CA).

Thought vibrate - see Thought Vibration by William Walker Atkinson.

And what you might have forgotten is that thoughts vibrate with powerful intensity when you experience good feelings while thinking about them.

The Law of Attraction notes your abundance oriented vibration and then matches it with a like vibration.

And thanks to your level of obsession in your CA, that is what the Law of Attraction will attract to you.

We have a match.

But regardless of how obsessed you are with your CA, if you feel doubt, fear, anxiety, worry, concern (negative feelings, you know them when you feel them because then don't make you feel good) these feeling don't match how you would feel once you get what you are aiming at getting or becoming or doing.

The Law of Attraction notes your vibe and goes to work matching it.

Bringing in more things to you that make you feel doubt, anxiety, worry, concern about.

The Law of Attraction isn't biased.

It's not cold-hearted as much as the law of gravity isn't out to get you.

It's a LAW.

A natural law of the universe.

And so it works every time, all the time, with everyone – with a growing minority having learnt to harness its power to create the life of their dreams.

Your work is to make it work for you by learning of ways to think about things that make you feel good, ultimately, or at least make you feel an improved feeling.

One improved feeling, focusing on it long enough, links to another improved feeling. Which then links up to another, and then another. Until you find yourself, slowly but surely if you are determined enough, in a better feeling space than you were earlier.

CA Imagining + Positive Emotion = Attraction.

CA Imagining + Negative Emotion = Repulsion.

Morale of the story:

If it don't feel good, don't do it.

If it isn't fun, don't do it.

The vibrations you emit doing something you hate will be the death of you.

And unlike the movies, there's no coming back for you.

Your life, in this lifetime any way, is not a dress rehearsal.

So it’s best to go all out and live with passion like Anthony Robbins would affirm.

I'm sorry if I've offend you in any way.

Please find it in your heart to forgive me, it wasn't intentional.

Thank you for allowing me to share this moment with you.

I love you.

What You Belief (Incorrectly) Will Become You (Incorrect) Reality

"Whether you think you or you think you can't, either way you are right."
~ Henry Ford

What you believe will become your reality.

As in if you believe you can sleep on a bed of nails and live to tell the tale then that will be your reality.

If you believe you can walk bare foot on fire without getting severe 3rd degree burns then you won't.

If you believe bad things happen to you then they will.

If you believe you won't get a better for you then you won't.

If you believe you always get sick at the beginning of summer then you will.

If you believe you'll never get the right partner because something bad has to happen for you guys to break up, then thy will be done.

If you believe men are perverts then they will be.

If you believe women are slow drivers then they will be.

All this is based on your past experiences (valid or not) stored in memory bank of your mind.

Yes, I am hinting at how you could be basing your life decisions on a false memory.

Something Neale Donald Walsch goes to great length to explain in When Everything Changes, Change Everything.

You attract what you believe.

But I think it goes way deeper than attract what you know.

When you know things are a certain way for you because they've always been like that, then they will be.

You are the cause of what you are experiencing, not chance or an outside force.

“You need to take one hundred percent responsibility for your life.”
~ Jack Canfield, co-author of the bestselling The Success Principles: How to Get from Where You Are to Where You Want to Be

Things aren't the way they are for you just because "that how things are."

Things are the way they are for you because you believe it so.

You are what you believe.

You attract what you are.

So when you change your belief, you change your reality.

Just like how you believe will sleeping on a bed of nails or walking on fire won't do you harm, what you believe, what you know, is what you will experience.

You come to know something when it has reached your unconscious mind.

A part of your mind which is not easily accessible…

…but can be influenced by the right kind of suggestions .

Thank you.

I love you.

The Numbers Don't Lie...

I was skeptical.

Conversations with God on Facebook

Neale Donald Walsch wrote:

NDW: A lot of people don’t “get” this idea of a God Who says, “There’s no such thing as right and wrong,” and Who proclaims that we will never be judged.

God: Well, make up your mind! First you say I’m judging you, then you’re upset because I’m not.

NDW: I know, I know.

It’s all very confusing.

We’re all very . . . complex.

We don’t want Your judgments, but we do.

We don’t want Your punishments, yet we feel lost without them.

And when You say...“I will never punish you,” we cannot believe that—and some of us almost get mad about that.

Because if You’re not going to judge, and punish us, what will keep us walking the straight and narrow?

And if there’s no “justice” in heaven, who will undo all the injustice on Earth?

God: Why are you counting on heaven to correct what you call “injustice”?

Do not the rains fall from the heavens?

NDW: Yes.

God: And I tell you this:

The rain falls on the just and the unjust alike.

NDW: But what about, “Vengeance is Mine, sayeth the Lord”?

God: I never said that.

One of you made that up, and the rest of you believed it.

“Justice” is not something you experience after you act a certain way, but because you act a certain way.

Justice is an ACT, not punishment FOR an act.

NDW: I see that the problem with our society is that we seek “justice” after an “injustice” has occurred, rather than “doing justice” in the first place.

God: Right on the head! You’ve hit the nail right on the head!

Justice is an action, not a reaction.

Do not, therefore, look to Me to somehow “fix everything in the end” by imposing some form of celestial justice in the “afterlife.”

I tell you this: There is no “afterlife,” but only life.

Death does not exist.

And the way you experience and create your life, as individuals and as a society, is your demonstration of what you think is just.

Affirm Life

"That which we persist in doing becomes easier – not that the nature of the task has changed, but our ability to do has increased."
~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

Words are hypnotic.

When listen to something over and over again, you're bound to get a change in your psyche.

Something happens to you, how you act, how you feel, how you think, all due to the repeated suggestions you are getting.

That's why in this blog I'm suggesting, pun unintended, you get some affirmations working for you.

When you affirm something, on a diligent and strategic basis, there will come a time when you will act out your repeated affirmation(s).

And, you see, it’s these actions that produce the results in your life.

So with that said, one way to experience improved life results is to use daily affirmations.

You manifest what you affirm faster when you attach an emotion to your positive declaration of a desired outcome.

But alas, there are some that say affirmations don't work.

As much as I would beg to differ, let’s hear them out here.

Like I said I’m FOR affirmations as a way to help you become successful and achieve the things you want in your life, especially when you read your written (pen to paper) affirmations with discipline first thing in the morning and the lastly before you go to bed.

As in the Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, I’m-too-tired-to-do-it, I’ll-do-it-later kinda Everyday.

The idea is to systematically and strategically dunk your desired new declaration into your unconscious mind (since you attract into your life according to the images you have in your unconscious mind).

Because the thing is anything that is new, and that is not similar to what you are already attracting, will be kicked out by your conscious mind.

It figures (your conscious mind ) what you are already attracting has been safe you (you are still alive aren’t you) and so there's no need to venture into the unknown territory outside your comfort zone.

So your conscious mind protects the unconscious mind from new, unknown information that might case you harm.

Which is BS 90 percent of the time since for you to grow and improve you’re bound to come across comfort zone barriers that need to broken.

So the conscious mind, in the name of protecting you, dishes up all manner of excuses of why you shouldn’t try something you.

An entrapment of the mind that goes by the name of fear, worry, doubt, anxiety.

And if you give in to them you are likely to be comfortable in your dissatisfaction of how things are.

"Life begins at the end of your comfort zone." ~
Neale Donald Walsch

So affirmations DO work, like anything else, if you stay at it long enough.

How long is long enough?

Until you get the results you want.

Something to do with new neural pathways that are created in your brain and get linked up, causing them to send synapses from one nerve ending to another, resulting in you executing the new actions needed to produce the desired results…or whatever.

What’s important here is that you try it out for yourself first, get the results, and THEN (if you want to) get to the understanding HOW it works.

That's if you’re into that sort of thing.

Like I know how to turn on a computer.

I don't really need to know how it works for me to turn it on.

All I do know is that it works and I'm deeply grateful for it.

Same goes with affirmations.

Look, you think about 72,000 thought a day.

Most of these thoughts are the same ones you thought about yesterday.

These thoughts are creating your life.

"You become what you think about."
~ Earl Nightingale

So since the Law of Attraction is attracting people and things and events to you according to the thoughts you are thinking, wouldn't it be more beneficial for you to become more deliberate in your thinking, through the effective use of your personal, present, precise daily affirmations?

Remind me one day to tell you of how to go about writing affirmations that work, when YOU work them…one day…or you could juts go and read my post script ^_^

Thank you.

I love you.

PS: Oh yes before I go I just remembered that best selling businessman & spiritual author Dr. Joe Vitale has a really neat way of leading you into writing out your GOAL ACHIEVING affirmations, that seem to sling shot you into getting YOU what YOU want.

The Walking Dead

"Take the first step. You don't have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step."
~ Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

If you listen to what you say to others, especially the conversations you have in your head most of the time during the day, you could trace some of your words to some of the things you are experiencing in your life right now.

I have a friend who didn't like her job (go figure) and we used to mastermind about alternative income generators.

Let me rephrase, alternative *FUN* income generators.

Many months passed and just yesterday she tells me that she needs to quit because they want to fire her at work.

I wasn't surprised because I made the link instantly.

And the word become flesh.

Being aware of the power of the spoken word or the power of even the written word, I could immediately link what she's experiencing to what she has been affirming.

Actually I have an example that comes to mind where I've used this power deliberately.

My cousins have a group on BBM that I encouraged my girlfriend to use when she needs well wishes or encouragement.

There was one time when she had an interview coming up and I suggested she tells the group about it.

The group blessed her.

Within a couple of days after the interview she gets a call telling her that she got the job.

I've been pushing the idea of inspired action for the past couple of posts but I can't downsize the power of man's other tools of creation.

Which in this case being the power to create with your words.

Once you're conscious of this tool then you can begin talking in ways that support your desired outcomes, instead of ways that work against them.

For example:

Instead of saying "I'm broke. I don't have money," try "I don't have money now, but even I don't know how, more money is making it's way to me."

Or "Wouldn't it be nice if some way by some miracles something comes up for me this week for me to make five thousand bucks from?"

The Golden Rule here is to always focus on the things you want.

Now is the right time to become more deliberate in carving the course of your future.

You just need to be more conscious about it instead of living an unconscious life.

The walking dead.

Obviously you need to be matured enough to realize that you need continually talk about what you want and write about what you want and feel about what you want on a daily basis BEFORE you can reap the rewards from what you have sown.

In actual fact, what I'm talking about here is a lifestyle change.

Because some way, somehow what you keep telling yourself begins to affect your unconscious actions, which then produce the results you get. As subtle as they are, these unconscious habits are guaranteed to give you very observable outcomes.

But more on that later, nonetheless I love you and thank you.
