How You Can Tap In to the Power of Now

You would need to allow yourself to mediate daily to experience fully the meaning of "being Present."

This is one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself.

When you allow your physical body to become completely focused on your current task.

This process on its own could be seen as a form of meditation.

When you allow no other thought to enter your mind expect the ones related to the object or task at hand, like admiring the details of how the butter meets the bread when you spread it with the butter knife.

Or of the various flavours that wash over your tongue when you take the first sip of your morning cup of tea.

Or how joyous your body feels when you break your fast in the morning.

It's much like how you would define reading to be.

Especially when you're reading a really good, gripping book.

It stimulates the mind & takes your thought away from things that might have you feeling strained.

So I rephrase, you need not have to be one who meditates regularly to experience the blissful benefits of being in the Now, since just being completely & happily focused on whatever task you do (be it walking, smiling, reading, breathing, observing, working, bathing, etc) you would be in a state of meditation already.

I love you.

Thank you.

Happy Holidays!!
