I'm So Happy and Grateful Now That...

Caught myself telling people how grateful I was of my job.
It was so out of context: "Musa how are you." To which I replied, "I'm just grateful for my job man."
Even volunteered why I was grateful.
For the mere fact that a lot of people out don't have one.
This was after my previous post.
The focus was on the things that work.
Not on the things that don't.
That's why I try to hang around people that look to a hopeful future.
Instead of the challenging present.
I love you.

Focus Expands Your Reality

I was chatting with a friend of mine and we were just speaking about challenges in life with regards to the law of attraction.

She was the one who pointed out that to attract the things you want you need to come from a place of faith.

Being desperate only pushes it away from you.

And I have been attracting from an emotional state of desperation.

In effect repelling from an emotional state of desperation.

As a step towards turning things around we suggested an action assignment, but inspired by The Secret.

Of making a list of the things you are happy and grateful for with your current (in our case intimate relationship or work) situation.

On some "I am happy and grateful now... (and then write what you are grateful about)."

Well this could be a start.

Just to first first shift the focus.

Hoping it expands.

Love,
